The wait time was a little long, but due to staff shortage, was not overly long. Once in, was seen within a few minutes. Got my test quickly and results timely. Staff friendly.

Next Care facilities are places to visit when I need urgent care. The staff here was friendly, professional, and fast. No waiting around for tests or results. Costs were all covered by my insurance.

I took my 16 month old there for a Covid test. They performed an anterior nare swab instead of the typical, painful nasopharyngeal swab. My baby didn’t even cry. Perfect clinic for a pediatric Covid test!

Dr. OBrien is the best doctor we have ever seen. He took his time with the examination of my daughter and gave us all the answers we needed. Dr Obrien was listened attentively to my concerns and was never dismissive. He was knowledgeable and addressed all of my issues thoroughly and thoughtfully and ran all appropriate tests. He was very helpful in identifying issues that have been chronic problems for some time and his treatment was helpful right away. I would highly recommend him as a physician.

Came as a walk-in mid-morning for COVID test, even though their phone reserved appointments showed full until mid afternoon, I was seen in 16 minutes. I’m impressed!

The lady that called me back seemed annoyed when she called me back as I’m walking towards the room she ask me about my height I didn’t hear her I stopped she asked again wit a smirk on her face, then instead of saying please have a seat she used her fingers pointing gestures to have a seat. I felt disrespected by that but I continue to wait in another room and a guy with piercings and tattoos comes in , he was polite and courteous and made me feel welcome, the lady who helped me in the beginning came in with my test results seemed a bit nicer than before giving me bad news. I have never seen her before but she could use some practice on her courtesy skills and communication skills.

I went for a rapid Covid test. Because of my status -having no symptoms-they were not able to do that for me, but they did do the regular test. It was quick and they got me right in. I’ve been there before I’ve always been happy with them.

I only had to wait maybe 5-10 minutes. They took me in did the blood pressure and listened to my lungs and heart, asked a few questions and then I was put in another room and given the Covid test. I ask them to check my ears and they said there was fluid in there. In 20 minutes she came back and said I was negative for covid and gave me a prescription for antibiotics.

Easy to download app and schedule. Forms were easy to navigate. Staff was friendly and I was a first am appt. Level of care and bedside manner also excellent. Love that they took our insurance. It was a no hassle process and they took great care of our 5 year old grandson. Very happy.
