Excellent patient care. Unfortunately a lot of people do not realize what urgent care is for……it’s not for a Paper-cut or because you’ve been sneezing all day…..people need to be proactive about their healthcare so that the healthcare workers at the urgent care can concentrate on what’s important.

The service was awesome for a Monday morning. Everyone was professional, polite and friendly. I dont typically use PrimaCare for myself, however going forward, I will. I did a walk in to have my grandson tested for Covid.

This place will definitely be my go to place for all my urgent care needs, the staff is friendly, knowledgeable, diligent and cleanliness is there top priority. I was so please with this facility and it’s worker, they are good with kids as well, while providing speedy service for the whole family. Thank you for servicing the community.

I was disappointed to find out just before the administering of the test that the clinic had run out of the rapid COVID19 test. I was anticipating a rapid results to dispel the anxiety I and my family were feeling.

I went for COVID-19 testing and wanted the rapid test. Front desk person was rude when telling me that they did not provide it. Website stated that it was available. I really preferred rapid test because I am 65 and my husband is immune compromised.

Usually this facility is very clean.. they've become lax. They were not cleaning chairs are counter between customers. There was hair in the chair where I was asked to sit so my blood pressure could be taken. There was a kid running without a mask. Finally I told the Mom she needed to put mask on all of her kids. The employees need to be more conscious about keeping surfaces clean especially with Covid floating around. Also the receptionist shouldn't lean thru the window asking about who's getting Covid test. I felt it was a privacy violation. Bottom line...I've had much better visits at this facility.

I have visited other urgent care facilities and the staff at this facility can not be compared to them. Your staff was very professional, friendly, and actually took the time to explain every procedure, diagnosis, and treatment. Not really use to this kind of care and I left feeling very confident. Thank you for your service.

I was not informed that the Covid test was not rapid. When I came to get tested in November I got a rapid test - now I was told that I had to wait 2-5 days for results AFTER I got swabbed. I should have been informed when I called to set up the appointment

Online it said you had instant results for COVID test. When we got there none of our entered online information was in Primacare’s records and we were were told that they didn’t do instant testing. The front desk clerk was pleasant.
