The Dr. who treated me both times was very nice and explained everything well. However, the Assistant that I met in the opening interview was rude! She proceeded to ask me if I had been vaccinated and told me I could test positive for a month. Which I didn’t. Wanted to know why I was there. I had a sinus infection on the 3rd when I tested positive for Covid. I had a sinus infection today! She had a horrible bedside manner. I didn’t like her attitude.

Appointment scheduled at 3, arrived on time, my online preschedule no one waiting. So when I get there two people with out scheduled appointment went in front of me. Why did I need to schedule to get a rapid test if Inhsvecto wait like every walk-in?

I made 3 appointments because there were not 4 time slots. The one person in my family that did not have an appointment got in first. The rest of us had to wait until our appointment time. They did not move us up. They let walk-ins go before us if it was not our appointment time. They were the only urgent care doing rapid tests so we had to use them. Their system of walk-ins before appointments needs to change.

I am new to Bartlesville and I have to say I had a great experience. Everyone was friendly. Wait time was nothing for an Urgent Care. Also just want to mention that the clinic is doing great following the Covid recommendations.

The staff were wonderful. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and helpful. The MA and NP we’re both exceptional, thoughtful caregivers. I would definitely recommend this urgent care. I only give 4 stars for cleanliness because renovations were occurring the day I visited. Thank you!

My husband took my son there and they got in pretty quick, however they were not very happy we didn’t give our son a covid test, because he wasn’t Exposed to covid but to someone with strep, pneumonia, and another with an upper respiratory infection. They didn’t give a him anything not even info papers about the upper respiratory infection that it ended up being. Not very professional and it is very odd to me they didn’t give him a Z pack, or tell us if we should keep him home from school or anything. Nothing. Zero info. So now I have to wait until Monday to get him medicine which is why we took him in today. I guess if it’s not covid they don’t care??

I don’t understand how a dr office doesn’t have a direct phone number. I’ve waited over 48 hours to hear the results of my covid test and I can’t even call them. The number listed for my urgent care in Bartlesville goes to a call center. 45 minutes on hold waiting for someone to answer…BS.
