I was feeling sick thinking I had a sinus infection but I quickly took a bad turn when I was waiting in my vehicle to be called so I managed to make my way inside barely and was allowed to sit inside and was quickly taken to the back room. The staff was very friendly and understanding being I could barely walk. The doctor was very nice, he listened to me and even got me water and allowed me to sit as long as I needed in a back room after letting me know I was positive for covid. I was extremely upset and at one point hyperventilating. He even gave me my cell phone and called my stepmom for me. He reassured me and allowed me to rest until I could walk to my vehicle to drive myself.

The staff is great, very friendly and appreciative. I booked inside at the reception desk. There was no cost; my insurance covered it. Yes, I would recommend Urgent Care.

This had made my 3rd trip to urgent care. Each member of my household has been there with in 2 weeks. We was treated so good . Great staff. I wasn't able to pull up the application and so I went in to speak with them. They told me to bring him on in. And they was absolutely amazing. Even though he ended up testing positive for covidien, they was so caring .

I went in for a coved 19 test and was swabbed about 40 minutes after I got there but then I had to wait 1 hour and 30 minutes before I got checked by the Doctor.

We come up there for a covid test we had to wait a little bit there was a lot of people getting their tests as well but we waited patiently and we got our test done and loved the staff they was great at everything and explained everything and yes we will come back

The wait was really long didnt leave until almost 5 pm..lots of Walmart drug tests that day...back of house was very awesome...woman at the front desk on the other hand took her attitude out on customers and was later complaining to someone on her cellphone she couldnt leave because we were all there 5 of us total.very rude disrespectful to an elderly woman who questioned why someone who showed up after all of us got to go when it was her turn.. If I wouldn't have been there to get a drug test for a job I would shut that woman down quickly...customer service

The doctor came in and give me COVID-19 test results , I didn’t take a COVID test. He mixed me up with another patient . Then when he came back in he wasn’t concerned with the reason I was there he just wanted to push COVID exposure.

Cut the top of my head last night made an appointment first thing this morning I walk in saw me within the first 15 minutes. Everyone was friendly and courteous. Definitely took care of my knees felt very comfortable.
