They are always so nice and amazing with my kids!!! Even feeling awful from illness we always get a good laugh in there!!! They're extremely caring and the facility is always very clean!!! And it's so easy to get checked in , get in a room, and in no time you're done!!!! This is by far the best urgent care I've ever been too....I actually don't even goto their regular doctor office unless it's their regular check ups I'd rather come here because I feel extremely comfortable and not judged at all!!!! Family feel!!! :) Thank you for all your help!!!

The only concern I have is the Nurse practitioner asked me to have a Covid test and I agreed. The test was negative. I had bronchial symptoms and I had a fever last night of 100.0. The Covid test was negative. On her assessment she wrote “Contact with and suspected exposure to Covid 19. “ I never said I had contact with anyone with covid. I don’t even know any one with active Covid. I would like this above statement to be removed from my medical records.

I was quite nervous about getting a covid test but Jodie was so helpful in calming my fear. She explained how they do it and why they have to go so high and for a person who loves to know why it really put my mind at ease. Right before my test she started a conversation about my work so that I would feel more at ease.

It was great until... the COVID peeps started to filter in. BUT they have to be cared for to and tested. It would of been nice if there was a outside location for check in and paperwork fill out instead of the waiting room for symptomatic or possible positive cases. BUT again I understand. Thank you for the great 1st sports physical for my son. He was nervous but walked out very proud of himself and the visit.

Providence urgent care has a very professional friendly staff. The staff addressed my problem and listened to my concerns.
