The way you have to check in is absolute BS. When we arrived we were second in line by the time the information was sent to me to fill out we ended up 5th in line with a kid who was in a lot of pain. You’re check in system needs to be fixed.

I was so pleased with our visit. From the time I arrived till we left. They took the time to figure out what was wrong with my daughter. She has been sick off and on for months now. Her pediatrician office always tells me it’s her aashma and allergies. Barely looking over the child. The Dr at next care did full evaluation and told me Three things that she thought it could be., Blood work will confirm. Thank y’all so much for being kind and caring healthcare professionals.

I came in with a sinus infection. It was the last hour till they close . The front office lady was very professional and the NP or lady Dr that treated was very caring and understanding. She apologized for the wait time and quickly diagnosed my medical issues . She ordered me 2 injections for my sinus infection and ordered 1 prescription for me . They female nurse that gave me my 2 injections was very polite and professional. I didn’t get all 3 of the lady’s names but thank you’ll for staying late (9:51 pm) for me and caring to see me getting treated . God Bless you 3 and thank you for your service..

The PA was absolutely the rudest I have ever experienced . She pretty much was just told me that I am going to kill somebody because I don’t have the Covid vaccine . whether I get the Covid vaccine or not is none of her damn business. And yes I did test negative for Covid.

Nurse was fantastic. Not sure about Doctor as he sure of cause of fever/aches after testing negative for COVID and Flu. Left little room for confidence. Also, hoping he washed hands after treating COVID patient in next room. Seems he came straight to my room. Leaving no time for washing. Hoping I am wrong.

The wait was longer than expected but I didn’t feel good and wanted to hurry and get in and out. I know they have to use protocol and waiting is part of it . Overall I’m glad I’m negative which I knew I only had sinus/ allergy infection. Got medication and I should be ok

I've been dealing with allergies for the past couple of months. Went in to see if I could get some relief. Leticia was friendly and got me right in. Screening was a breeze, and Chelsey was very friendly and helpful. The screening nurse gave me the most pain free injection I've ever had. Definitely recommend!!

My daughter woke up in distress and obviously had fever. I called urgent care in Beeville soon after they opened and asked about an appointment. The lady that answered the phone was very helpful and said that they were pretty busy for the morning with scheduled appointments and had a couple of slots open. She said I could either make an appointment online or I could come in and they would work her in. I decided to bring her in and work her in. We arrived around 8:15-8:20 and walked out of there a little after 9:00. They were very nice and very accommodating to see my daughter and get her the help she needed to feel better.
