Care was good. It didn't bother me, but the others waiting didn't seem to appreciate the doors were not opened on time. Myself, I figured ya'll have been worked hard due to the massive rise in COVID cases in the local area, so it didn't bother me. Only other thing I wished was if there was a way to log in to get my test results, I haven't found a link yet. My personal wait time once I came in was not long. Thank ya'll for all your work.

I arrived near the end of the work day (25 minutes before the business closed for the day, and they were still able to get me registered as a patient and get COVID-19 tested and see the doctor before they closed. Very efficient!

Everyone was so nice. Loved our nurse that administered the test. Receptionist was friendly. Saw another lady who was really nice too.

I went in for what I thought was a kidney infection or UTI. But doctor said he thought it was a sciatic nerve!

My experience was much better than anticipated. Not having an appointment I thought my wait would be much longer but it was quite reasonable. Once I got into an exam room, no long wait to been seen by the person taking my vitals. Dr. wS in shortly after and answered my questions. Test was right after, while not pleasant, done professionally!

The staff was very professional. I accomplished what I needed to (DOT physical), for a reasonable fee. I really enjoyed the doctor I saw. We had a fun chat during my visit.

The nurse that came in and took my bp, temp and oxygen level was extremely nice. While I was waiting for her to come back and do my covid test, another older lady came in with an attitude and spitting her option about me being in there getting another covid test while pacing back and forth and running her hands through her hair. I told her I was suggested to get another covid test because sometimes the rapid tests throw false positives and it doesnt hurt to get another test done. I dont find joy in having things shoved up my nose for the fun of it, I didn't want to retest but it's better safe then sorry. I'm also 35 weeks pregnant with twins with constant braxton hicks, do you really think I wanna be out and about doing this while this far in pregnancy??? After I told her I wanted the other test done she muttered something under her breath and walked out. I have no idea who the older lady was. She had short brownish white hair. It was extremely rude and uncalled for and I didnt see her for the rest of my appointment. The other nice lady came in and swabbed my nose and gave me a paper for the results and everything. Other than the very rude lady, that had no reason to spit her option or even had any reason to be in there doing that, I would recommend the place to other people.

Long unnecessary wait, we reserved online and explained online why we were coming, as I expect others who reserved did too. No excuse for poor professionalism. Bedside manner of the receptionist and staff was poor also. See my yelp review for more details. Used next level urgent care before. Was much better. Won’t come back to NextCare.
