Great experience. They were completely booked but their app made waiting less if a hassle because I was able to go home and come back when it was my time. They were the only place in town that had rapid tests. Also, even though they were extremely busy, they were very friendly and professional.

Came in with extreme foot pain and swelling. She listened that I just needed a temporary fix (boot) till my appointment with a specialist. I would have preferred to be tested in my vehicle and then have the tele conference but this location was the next beat thing. I appreciated this PA Christopher’s professional but personable, respectful, helpful manner. The office lady seemed much more personable, helpful today.

I took my son in he was in a lot of pain he was crying he had a bandage on his hand soaking up blood we get told to scan this QR code and go wait in the car. The wait was over 30 minutes. I think a child in need of medical attention should get medical attention faster! It is called Urgent Care!

My daughter came in twice yesterday to get her splint rewrapped/replaced. First visit the splint was too loose. Second visit the splint was too tight and caused the blood flow to her toes to stop. We ended up having to go to the ER to get new X-ray’s and a new splint. Our very first visit a week ago was fine but I was told to follow up with my daughters primary care doc when it seems I should have gone to an orthopedic office instead. Overall not a good experience this time around.
