NextCare Locations in Icard, NC

I have written a previous review, but I just wanted to reiterate how pleased I am with the care I receive at NextCare in Shelby. Matt Goodwin, PA, has recently referred me to multiple specialists who are working together to correctly diagnose and treat my autoimmune conditions. For the first time in many years, we are making progress in improving both my short term and long term care. I have finally received sound advice on what tests may be needed to monitor and diagnose my conditions, as well as considerations of possible diagnoses I can discuss with my specialists. I recently lost my PCP and could not schedule with my new one (also an internal medicine specialist, as Matt recommended) for months. Matt has been a far better provider in the interim than any PCP I have worked with-or any specialist for that matter! I am so very grateful. I also want to mention that my family has seen Bianca multiple times, and she is fantastic; don’t let me disregard her! She is kind and compassionate, a fantastic listener (even to young children,) and I don’t believe I’ve ever caught her without a smile. What a blessing! I do not know the names of all the staff members, but the nurses in particular are great as well. I have seen Angela often and she is always asking how my family has been and how I have felt dealing with my current health conditions. She is joyful and caring, and she always makes us feel welcomed. Again, my experience at NextCare has consistently been great-and I am there quite often with 4 children constantly picking up viruses at school! My entire family is treated with kindness and respect, and the knowledge, compassion, and professionalism of the staff will keep us coming back. Thank you!
