My provider was very professional, asked pertinent questions, checked me thoroughly, answered all my questions, did a rapid Covid test, and ultimately prescribed medications for allergies.

Had an appointment for 4:00. RRIVED AT 3:55. At 4:20 was given a Covid-19 test. Was out at 4:48 with negative results confirmed. Fantastic.

Today I was having an allergic reaction, and Melissa at the front desk got me in to see a doctor right away, even though they were at capacity. Tony & John we’re great doctors, very personable and answered every question I had. I would 100% revcomend this urgent care and will use it in the future now that I know the doctors and nurses and staff are so knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you all again.

Everyone helping me on the phone prior to my appointment were really nice and helpful. I arrived at the same time with another couple. The other group went to open the door and a lady came out screaming we need to not enter and call the number on the door and jerked the door out of her hand. She said they weren’t open for 2 minutes. I said I had an appt. she said call the number then. The other couple decided she was so rude they went somewhere else. I called then number and had to leave a message. Waited 10 min past the appointment time and had not been called so called a second time. 15 min. After appt time received a call. 35 minutes after my appt time finally got in. I was the only car outside waiting. The nurse we had was extremely nice and he was very kind to my child who was getting covid tested. He really was the one who turned the whole experience around.

Receptionist was rude as I mistaking you walked in the office. There was no one in the waiting room but she chased my out. The rest of the staff were great but a rapid Covid test took an hour despite the place being empty. Had to sit in my car and wait for 20 mins and then wait more in a treatment room to get tested.

So thankful for this place avoid emergency room fees and wait times and don’t have to wait to be seen by primary care physican. I’m almost afraid to leave a good review because then everyone will start going there and we won’t have our easy quick trips to the urgent care.
