My daughter tested positive for covid on an at home test. I planned ahead and set up an online appt to get her pcr done. You can’t call the facility directly, so I left her in the car while I ran in and told them I was there. When we went in one of the nurse’s or techs (unsure of what she is) freaked out that I was bringing my daughter in. My daughter was already distraught and I didn’t appreciate her reaction. I needed the pcr test for her school and for my work, so I didn’t have a choice but to bring her in. I just feel like she was very unprofessional and it really ticked me off. The receptionist tried to be a barrier for us, but I still overheard the nurse/tech. Thankfully she didn’t come in and take care of us if I would have had some words with her.

My first time there. On-line appointment was very easy. The nurse was very kind and awesome. Doctor took his time and ordered X-ray just to be sure. Was a little pushy about a Covid test but I understand.

Thee only thing I do not like about this place is that they have people waiting to get a covid test in the same quite small lobby with those who are not as sick. The place is big enough to have them seperate. The doctor could have gave more explanation. Other than that, not too long of a wait and friendly staff for the most part. You can tell they are over worked :(

First time to this facility and it was amazing. Did all the check in and paper work online. Had to wait, maybe, 10 minutes before they took me back to see the doctor. Doctor Bowen was very kind, knowledgeable, and friendly. The entire staff was amazing too! I would recommend going here for urgent care.

I don’t mind coming to this urgent care…they get me in and out quickly! The Dr and the nurses LeAnn and Karen are awesome!! I was a little nervous and they both calmed me down. I tell everyone I know to use this urgent care instead of going to the ER!

I had an amazing experience here. Everyone was so curtious and kind throughout my whole visit. My nurse, Karen Bryan was amazing! She made me feel comfortable and made the experience of getting a TB shot so easy. She is a wonderful part of this urgent care team who must be so blessed to have her!
