I was very pleased with the care! The nice thing was seeing me without an appointment. I believe I was given very important information re:my cough. I appreciate giving the Covid test and diagnoses.
What a great Phlebotomist. Super friendly, and most importantly the blood draw was completely painless. Also, she was able to provide me with information on how to get my results.
While traveling to Silver Dollar City it occurred to me that what I thought was sinus trouble might actually be covid. Found this place, made an appointment,m and waited a minimal amount of time waiting. The whole staff was very friendly and cheerful!!
My nurse practitioner was awesome, very friendly, and I felt very comfortable with her. The wait time wasn’t bad at all. The test was easy and I got my results fast.
I made my appointment for 12:45. Checked in at 12:37 and because I said I had a cough, I was asked to wait in my car while 3 others in the waiting room were physically coughing. It was 95 outside but I waited in my car like I was asked to for 1 1/2 hours. I was finally called back to a room at 2:15. The staff was nice but if the wait is going to be that long, they should at least ask you if you want to wait. There is really no point in making an appointment if they take walk ins before you. I’ve been here 3 times and this was by far the longest visit.
Went for a Covid test because I went to a place where you self administer and didn’t trust it. They gave the good test the one where the Q-tip touches your brain. All good no Covid but getting the longer test just to make sure.

They were very kind. I had to have a covid test, the nurse that gave the test was very gentle. I was very thankful for that. The doctor was kind and fast, she had good explanation of things. I really didn't have to ask any questions.
Went in for cut on my knee and thought it would be quicker than the ER. They were friendly and kind but didn't have the necessary supplies to clean the wound out so they couldn't help me. I had to go to the ER anyway to irrigate the wound. I thought Urgent Care was supposed to be used for non life threatening event but this one didn't even have a package of saline.
I arrived and immediately greeted politely by the lady taking care of paperwork. She offered me the fill out paper when I couldn’t get my phone to scan the scan block. After filling in the paperwork my wait was only a few minutes. The nurse was very professional and kind, the PA was was also. I got a swab test for Covid-19 and came back negative. I had a steroid shot for seasonal allergies and left all within 40 minutes. Excellent service, thank you.
Very good, less than an hour from walking in initially, and having test results back. Kept me in the loop via texted link as to where i was in line
Thank you!
Excellent place to go for a covid test if you have insurance, not sure how they handle without. Dr (PA?) was very nice, attentive, and helpful and answered all questions. Staff was friendly.

My daughter woke up with a rash yesterday morning. I booked her an appointment. We did not have to wait long before being taken to a room. The nurse was incredibly friendly and even gave me some tips for getting meds down a kid who has a hard time taking medicines. The doctor diagnosed her with contact dermatitis. She sent meds to the pharmacy. When I picked the medicine up the bottle stated to take 1 pill 4 times every day with food. This was odd to me because the last time my daughter had this medication she was given a large dose which was gradually weaned down. Also, there were 21 pills in the bottle, seemed odd that the bottle didn't specify to take only one pill on the 6th day, since that would have been all that was left. I called my daughters pcp, who I trust, and she advised she would not have ordered that medication to be dosed in the manner the urgent care doctor had prescribed. After sending our pcp pictures and the papers from Access, as they had issues getting her record from access, the pcp then called in a different medication and advised to not give my daughter any of the original prescription. I would have normally just went to the pcp, but they had no availability that day. I'm unsure if giving her the medication as prescribed would have caused any issues for my daughter, but I'm glad I had realized something didn't seem right. If it had been her father taking her, he would have never thought anything of it and just given them to our child. For this reason I am unsure about returning to Access Medical Urgent Care.
