While traveling to Silver Dollar City it occurred to me that what I thought was sinus trouble might actually be covid. Found this place, made an appointment,m and waited a minimal amount of time waiting. The whole staff was very friendly and cheerful!!

They were very kind. I had to have a covid test, the nurse that gave the test was very gentle. I was very thankful for that. The doctor was kind and fast, she had good explanation of things. I really didn't have to ask any questions.

Got name wrong. Listed it as Leonard Keith but it is Leonard Keith Manley. Don't know if insurance will pay with wrong name. There 2.5 hrs for a covid test. Phones turned offf??? No one ever answers the phone.

All I needed was a covid test. I had a 12:30 appt. Didn't get called until 1:15. Sat in the room another 10 min. Took the test then had to wait another 45 minutes

I made an appointment in advanced. I get to the appointment 30 minutes early. There are 4 walk ins before me. My appointment time comes and I’m still waiting. 3 of the walk ins have went before me. Then the 4th one goes before me, 20 minutes later than my appointment time. By this time, I’ve been waiting a little over an hour since I checked in. Another pt comes in and is called in before me. I literally waited a hour and a half to be seen. I thought this would be quickest place to be seen since my sons PCP was full and my son needed in fast. I could’ve went to the ER and been seen faster. The receptionist was pretty rude as well. I will not be coming back to the Pryor Urgent Care.

Access Medical Centers, Pryor - 4115 Redden

Woke up this morning with a sore throat and ears hurting. I wanted to get ahead of the problem before it got bad. Was able to get an appointment that morning. Had a strep test done, but was not given any kind of antibiotics due to not knowing if it was a viral or bacterial infection. Told to come back if not getting any better. I will go to my primary care doctor instead.
