GREAT STAFF!!! The receptionist is so friendly and speaks to you nice.. I went yesterday morning, Dec 21st.. I dont know her name but she opened the doors at 8a. He had a wonderful bedside manner. The AFT Urgent Care in Downingtown checked in with me within 3 days to see if I had questions and if I was doing ok. I would definitely go back to this location again. I could not have asked for a better experience!

Had an appointment with my primary care doctor and I was 15 minutes late. Because I made my appointment early in the morning and the appointment they gave me was late in the day at high traffic time and it’s at least a half hour away from my house and then I fell asleep because I hadn’t slept in a few days because I was so sick and they informed me they couldn’t see me so I decided to go to urgent care. It was so easy. The Dr was so pleasant and so nice and my doctor is in a Capital health practice so so many times I don’t see that doctor. I see other doctors so I think I’m gonna continue to go to urgent care from now on. Thank you for pushing the easy button and making it so convenient when I was so sick I’ll appreciate you all great Team.
