Where is my test results at it been days now  I have not received my stuff yet and I been waiting

I wanted longer than I have ever had to before at this location. It was about an hour or more from when I checked in until I saw the nurse practitioner. It didn't seem that busy. I don't know why but took so long. I care I received was excellent.

Had a deep cut in my leg. Carrie did a great job of explaining, cleaning wound and stitching things up.  Very nice staff. Good care

Had a scheduled appointment and checked in 15 mins prior. It was over an hour in the waiting room before being called to the back to an exam room. Had to wait another 25 minutes for the dr to only tell me I had a cold virus and to go purchase some Mucinex or Robutussin. Thanks for the two hour wait for that diagnosis!

We went in with my 8 yrs old for X-ray and care. The staff was very attentive and caring towards her and explained everything very clearly to me. Really good bedside manners, the office is super clean, and their care was impeccable. Would definitely recommend to anyone in need or urgent care. Really a great resource for Pennington!

It was my first visit and I would highly recommend this as an alternative when your family doctor is unavailable. Great service and very professional. I was quite satisfied with my visit.

I have visited Carbon health Several times and always find them very professionals - staff is pleasant and reactive / listen and always ask questions about issues relevant to my illness !

I went to urgent care was have pain on my shoulder blade and was having a hard time taking deep breath. But all I can say is the nurses in the back were outstanding. Listen to what was going on. I did not have to wait a long time. The doctor or Lpn Elizabeth was so nice to me care and helped me out. Lady at front desk was stern otherwise a good experience

I’m was very pleased of how fast the service was. They were able to see what was wrong with me. I will definitely recommend them again.

Today is the first time I learned about Carbon Health when it was recommended to me by the local CVS. Everything about my visit today was excellent! They are definitely my new urgent care center and I plan on telling my friends and family all about my pleasant experience there this morning.

I had a relapse of a sinus infection and was not able to schedule an appointment with my primary doctor. Stopped to Optum on a whim and was thrilled with the whole process from cleanliness to pleasant staff yo a responsive doctor who listened and cared

The doctor was wonderful- very thorough and knowledgeable. Unfortunately the nurse’s bedside manner was much to be desired- abrupt and quick and just wasn’t pleasant.

I'm here from out of town and my chest cold progressed into bronchitis, I wasn't sure how the urgent cares were in this area but I heard great things about Carbon Health. Was able to book online and when I arrived the front desk staff were very kind and knowledgable about my insurance. Was called right back and seen very quickly. Even got x-rays (the x-ray tech was also amazing). Appointment was at 2pm, and I was out the door by 3pm. Highly recommend!!!

Woke up this morning with pink eye in both eyes. Called my doctor's office first and felt verbally abused by the person on the phone, telling me I can't come in the office because I'm contagious. The person who called back told me I had to wait till 4 pm for the doctor to call back. I went on line and made the appointment in a few minutes. What a difference. The girl who came out and got me was so pleasant and the doctor was great. Will definitely go back and highly recommend them.
