GREAT STAFF!!! The receptionist is so friendly and speaks to you nice.. I went yesterday morning, Dec 21st.. I dont know her name but she opened the doors at 8a. I was in at 8 checked in like 8:04, signed everything in a few minutes, and sat til like 8:37- 8:40. The Dr., i forgot his name but he is so nice and calm. Very nice ppl. Thanks for being nice. I have been sick for over 1 week. I went to a different urgent care and it was just terrible. I went to AFC Urgent Care in Frazer this afternoon and it was an exceptional experience! From check in through the end of the visit, every person was attentive, professional and really nice. Julie Rich is a stand out!! I walked right in, checking in with a QR code was super easy and the staff was wonderful. Yes, I would recommend this provider to everyone.

I had to call three times as they never sent the test results as indicated. The follow up was poor I called after being left a message to call the doctor to call me with results I called three times and was never called
