          The front desk was busy, and the staff member who assisted me was not very welcoming. I was also charged a copay that I should not have owed. When I called back, Brittany said she would adjust the fee, but she was abrupt and ended the call while I was still speaking. Because of this experience, I am unlikely to return. However, the PA who treated me was attentive and worked well with me.

          Average experience! Received check in link at ~11:30 and check out link ~1:20. Office seemed clean overall, an old water bottle on the floor but otherwise nothing stood out. Appreciate that water bottles were available. Front staff was fine, not welcoming, but not rude either. Unfortunate that all the check in, paperwork, etc is virtual and yet no tap pay available. Nurses & PA were nice. Pleasant, evaluated my son quickly once we got back, and offered to give him his first dose of medication (but then came back and said they actually didn’t actually have any in office). Happy to have ruled out anything too serious.

          GREAT STAFF!!! The receptionist is so friendly and speaks to you nice.. I went yesterday morning, Dec 21st.. I dont know her name but she opened the doors at 8a. I was in at 8 checked in like 8:04, signed everything in a few minutes, and sat til like 8:37- 8:40. The Dr., i forgot his name but he is so nice and calm. Very nice ppl. Thanks for being nice.           I am always pleased with service I receive at this facility.  I must say I feel really sick and was given an antibiotic and cough syrup for my symptoms.  I hope by Friday I am feeling better.  For some reason this time there exist an element of doubt however we will see.  I certainly will call if I am not better by Thursday. I would recommend the facility.
