The staff and provider was very professional and friendly. The bedside manner of the provider was excellent. The wait time was short. I used the online appointment service to schedule my appointment. My check in time was convenient. I would recommend this Urgent Care to others. The staff and providers are both efficient, friendly, and professional and with excellent bedside manners.

First time visit. Daughter had been there before. We were a walk in. Wait time was 2 hrs. The staff was friendly and professional. The place was clean & good order. If I have to go to Urgent Care I will definitely pick this one.

I had an overall great experience. The 1 complaint I have is the answering service. It is not right that you have to sit on the phone for 18-25 minutes to make an appt only to be hung up on. Secondly, I took a Covid Test. I received a message 3 days later and was told to call a specific # which I did and again had to wait on the phone listening to a recording. I finally hung up and drove 35 minutes to the office I had the test at. I should have been given a direct # to the office at the time I checked out from the appt.This is poor customer/patient service. Thank you for your time and hopefully you can implement the suggestion offered. Also my husband drove to the office to get the appt for me since I couldn't do it by phone and did not have access to a computer.

Referred to ER i feel unnecessarily after a 1 min assessment. I paid a 75 copay for that amd ER would be 250. I will be going to my pediatrician for a second opinion, unfortunately could nkt get my child in today. Felt that additional testing could have been done to rule out other causes. I think some providers semd to ER unnecessarily which defests the purpose of an UC. Also I am a nurse and feel that this was inadequate.

I have gone to this urgent care countless time for kids or myself and always go back but last night the doctor and nurse who treated my teenage daughter were incredible!! She came in for a UTI that was just mortifying for a teenager... I cannot imagine them handling it any better! They made her feel so comfortable and I guarantee they are the reason she won’t be as stressed out to go back if anything ever happens in the future. I cannot thank you guys enough for how you made my daughter feel. You were so kind and so unbothered and that was a game changer for someone her age. I really appreciate you both!

I was a walk in, I was there total just ab 1 hr and 15 minutes. NP very nice and addressed my issues. I had symptoms of Covid19 but had already tested twice and was negative. I appreciated not putting me through more testing and recognition there still is common colds and allergies.
