Front desk and medical staff were extremely nice and helpful even near closing. Appreciated the kindness. Checked in at 6:50 pm left with test results around 8:40 pm. Wait time was long but only one doctor on site.

The new guy did great, wait was short, receptionist was funny. Everyone seemed more concerned about the covid/strep test than what I was actually feeling. I know everyone is overworked with not enough help. I just wish a few more looks would have been taken. I am still getting worse with no relief.

I must tell you that Megan was extraordinary. The nurse that initially saw me, also very uplifting. We have family friends living living in Jamaica and a young dad lost his life last week because, even though he was able to be hospitalized, he could not get the ICU bed that he needed. I am so grateful for my urgent care on church road and and for having resources that we so often take for granted. God bless and don't forget special accolades to Megan...front desk. Julia

Although I waited 3 hours to get tested, the staff was very friendly. The nurse made me feel like I was her number one priority and the doctor was very thorough and kind. It’s a tough time right now and it was a good visit.

Overall, a horrible time. I got in at a decent time and didn’t see the doctor until 2 hours after being in the room. The nurse and doctor both rolled their eyes and had looks of confusion like I was speaking a foreign language, when I told them my symptom with what I was experiencing. It took the doctor over 45 minutes to give me my papers. The front desk lady, however, was amazing and very nice. I was in the urgent care for over 3 hours.

Went in for a drug screening for pre-employment, the staff was courteous and polite. Overall very professional staff for being there on the weekend!!! I was impressed and I think other people should go there if they ever need to. Well done.

The receptionist seemed a little reserved, but once I got beyond the front desk, all the caregivers were warm, welcoming, and were very attentive to my needs. I will not only recommend NextCare, I will continue to go back for all my urgent care needs.

Had an ear infection and the person I saw missed it. Didn’t feel she was thorough. Went to another office a few days later and said there was a clear infection. Sicker than I needed to be because of missed diagnosis.
