Great experience except for the wait time. We had to sit in our vehicle for 2 hours and 20 mins due to the clinic being understaffed and high patient volume. We were not able to make an appointment because all had been booked for the day. There were 10 appointments and 10 walk-ins ahead of us at 4pm. The triage nurse Nikki and the PA were excellent and very thorough.

10-15-21 I came in to the Broadway and 15th location in Edmond around 11:00am, I was greeted by friendly staff. My wait time was less than 10 minutes, the tech who took my blood pressure etc. was very friendly as was the P.A. Great experience.

My experience with this urgent care is the best ever! The nurses were amazing & the doctor I gave to say was amazing! I have s been coming to this urgent care for a while now & brought my kids as well & this is the first time I felt heard by the doctor like she truly cared! Her bedside manners were great! This goes a long way when your not feeling well @ all! A gold star across the board! Thank you..

I only wanted my blood pressure tested. The end result in all respects was excellent but the time waiting I feel was excessive, especially if I really needed my care urgently/quickly. Bedside manner was excellent. Again, my only complaint was the wait which was unexpectedly very long.A VERY helpful female helped me set it up. i don't know the cost and did not ask.

Easy in easy out. I needed a C19 test to fly, as I have a disability that prevents me from wearing a mask safely. Per American Airlines Policy, beside the documentation from my Dr. I also had to show proof of a negative result 72 hours prior. Because I came in from Philadelphia on Monday and wasn’t leaving Oklahoma till Friday, I was worried about finding a place in a strange state! They made it super easy for me.

I scheduled an appointment for 8:40 and checked in at 8:37, people with walks ins were seen before me and i waited til around 9:15 to be taken back, i didn’t leave the office til right at 10. this is the second time i had to wait a while after having an appointment
