This is our family's favorite place to get urgent care. The facility is spotless and every person on staff is beyond friendly. I made an appt the night before and thankfully got in right at my appt time. No waiting!

Appointment/ Check in online convenient and easy. Used took Medicare and TRICARE for Life insurance.!This is my third visit to this particular Prime Care clinic. The staff from receptionist to provider very friendly and professional. I was thankful provider asked permission for COVID test and I agreed since I did have some of the symptoms. Test negative! I do have a regular doctor but closed on Saturday. This facility is ten minutes from my home. I will keep coming here due to proximity! Wait time was reasonable. Thank you for easing my mind of diagnosis.😇

Only thing they did not explain is wait time on covid test. They said 2 to 3 days but not whether or not that included weekends

If and when we need a medical evaluation or test, we will start coming to this facility. This was our first visit and were not disappointed.

My husband and I were very nervous about being exposed to COVID. Every nurse and practitioner was so helpful and calming, even while doing the tests. Thank you for your knowledge and compassion.

They knew what test & got it. Great place.

This is my second visit to PrimaCare for Covid testing. The first visit was wonderful and it was a smooth process. The second visit was great up to the point of speaking with the doctor. Her name is Shana Fakkel. I wanted to retest to make sure I am negative and be able to leave home isolation from being almost two weeks in a room, have peace of mind to be close to my parents which both are 65+ years of age, I live with them and not live with the uncomfortable feeling that I can be COVID-19 positive and affect the people around me. In short, Ms. Fakkel, which I will not even want to call her by Dr. had the audacity of questioning my retesting decision by asking why I would want to make my health insurance pay for another test to have peace of mind. I was shocked! First of all, that is none of her damn business and I have the right to test whenever I feel like it and charge my insurance whenever I feel like it if I PAY FOR IT! Second, she should do her job more professionally and not use a criticizing tone to her patients. I was NOT happy! On a positive note, I still got my test and the rest of the staff is great, so I still recommend this clinic, but it’s sad that one person can ruin it for everyone. I hope to not see her again in the future if I decide to return to PrimaCare.

Walked in for a rapid covid test. Front desk person was friendly and welcoming. Very professional and friendly. Triage nurse was great. Made me feel comfortable. Very informative and kept me updated on everything.

Visit for routine school physical... very quick! Love it

Went to location because website stated rapid COVID test. That was not the case. Only rapid test if you have symptoms. Wanted rapid test to make sure I did not have after being exposed.

I get the need for appointments but if your and urgently care walk in clinic maybe do more for walk ins. 3 hours for a simple covid test is terrible

The person who does intake, like check your vitals and get your weight, was friendly and efficient. However the rest of the experience was offputting. When I walked in, the receptionist greeted me while walking in place. She pointed to a barcode and basically said to scan that and get started with no real explanation of what it even was. I came in for a Covid test after exposure and had allergy like symptoms. I explained to the intake person that I did not believe I had Covid however when I registered, I had indicated that I had symptoms like congestion, sore throat, etc. When the provider came in after the culture was taken, she asked why I said I had symptoms if I was just in for a test because of exposure. She explained that if I said I had symptoms, she would have to actually examine me. Since I came to the doctor post exposure, should that not be a requirement anyway? She checked my breathing and heart and flashed a light in my throat but did not actually take time to look it was less than a second send looking at my throat even though one of the symptoms I indicated was a sore throat. She seemed annoyed that she had to do anything if I were “just there for a test.” When I went to pay after the visit, no one was at the front because they were all visiting in the back and I had to seek the receptionist out to pay. Overall, if it weren’t for the initial nurse, I would’ve rated this a one across-the-board out of frustration.
