10-15-21 I came in to the Broadway and 15th location in Edmond around 11:00am, I was greeted by friendly staff. My wait time was less than 10 minutes, the tech who took my blood pressure etc. was very friendly as was the P.A. Great experience.

Dr. Lillian was great. She took time to explain things to me without rushing. I waited 45 minutes past my appointment time (5:45 pm), but that is understandable considering all the COVID cases right now. No copay for COVID test.

I am happy that I didn’t go inside. The assistants were very nice and caring. The NP also was great, I was not inside that’s why I don’t know about inside cleanness. I am very satisfied by my visit. It’s great that this Urgent Care has high technology. The only minus is when you fill in you DOB, it takes forever. Please, simplify this part of registration.

The reception, nurse and PA were very professional and kind to my grandson who was 14 . They got us in and out quickly. They did the recommended tests for his symptoms and we were out within 30 minutes. Very happy with their professional attitudes and their kindness .

I only wanted my blood pressure tested. The end result in all respects was excellent but the time waiting I feel was excessive, especially if I really needed my care urgently/quickly. Bedside manner was excellent. Again, my only complaint was the wait which was unexpectedly very long.A VERY helpful female helped me set it up. i don't know the cost and did not ask.

Everyone was nice and the care was good, only thing I would add is that there wasn't a single Kleenex box in the office. Would have been nice to have a Kleenex, especially when you have a runny nose and feel sick

I came in with concerns of my skin on my forehead and scalp dryness. I asked the provider, Lisa, a nurse practitioner, to be prescribed some medication to treat my skin and did not get any form of medication provided. I came in a month before to visit and was given medication for it and the condition came back a week after. I am afraid of it getting progressively worse over time and had expressed my concerns for it.
