Amanda (the dr/np) was incredibly friendly and polite and thorough! She took amazing care of our very complex infant! The other staff were very kind, patient, and caring. They were helpful juggling both parents and our child needing seen. Amanda listened to every concern and thoroughly discussed everything. We received better care at Nextcare than the Banner Urgent Care also in our city.

On Nov 30th *** visited the facility on 19th Ave phoenix az. Needed and they understood what I needed a rapid test. I was told that the results should be ready the next morning. Stopped in next day no result. I never received any notification from those folks at the 19th Ave phoenix. I finally called what appeared to be the headquarters for the urgent care and these folks tracked down my results. It certainly was not a rapid test and I had to take 3 or more days to get help. I was told that I could pickup a copy of the results at the next are in my town of Casa Grande az. Those folks were excellent and the reviews I listed 5 stars was for the Casa Grande Az office.

This happens to be my favorite place to get quick results for minor sickness issues like sinusitis. Everyone is friendly and the service for me was very quick. I really like the lady doctor in the mail doctor they have a good bedside manner as do the other assistants. Check in experience could be a little bit less especially for repeat patients like myself. Expectation is since I’ve been there more than once my name address all the medical papers that I’ve given the information on should be populated automatically as soon as I type my name and then of course the area for symptoms Hass to change because you’re not I sit for the same thing.

This was a good experience. My wife and I were walk-ins for a Covid test. The clinic was very busy and wait times were about 3 hours. We checked in on line and the gal at the front desk said we’d be called when they could fit us in. We got called and went in and with minimal wait were accommodated. Staff was very polite and accommodating. Overall a good experience.

My grandfather has been ill a few days and we decided to get him seen. The VA recommended you for urgent care. We felt cared for and listened to and also appreciate all the hard work that all health care workers and urgent care faculties are doing especially right now. Thank you!

Excellent care in having my 95yr. old Mom tested for COVID. Staff went above and beyond to make her feel comfortable. All my questions were answered throughly. I would highly recommend NextCare to all my friends and neighbors

Signed up for a COVID rapid test, but they had run out of them. Received the standard test. Disappointed to find out that this location will no longer offer the raid test.

The wait time was long, but understandable. The amount of walk-ins asking for rapid tests was surprising. The front desk was polite and informative even when having to deal with less than kind potential patients coming in expecting immediate service. She was professional and was honest with wait times. The triage nurse was kind and warm to my 5 yr old and the provider was as well. Highly recommend…if you have the patience to wait for quality care.

The front counter staff was so friendly and helpful. They were great. The NP we saw was really nice and friendly. Took the time to explain everything to us and recommended new allergy medication. My son even commented she was nice she and he wished she worked at his Peditrician office vs. the urgent care.

I was pleased with my care today. The NP or Doc was kind and informative. Actually, this Staff member was working alone today and still provided me with excellent care. I live in Robson Ranch. It’s nice to have a place close. We are patients at Mayo Clinic. Yet, received great care at NextCare.
