This was the third place I went to for treatment. The first did not take walk ins. The second was very surprising. An urgent care clinic that did not have forceps. The wait time was not to bad. The doctor that saw me fixed my problem with minimal pain. I just hope for the sake of his patients that he is not a surgeon. His hands were a might shaky.

A bit complicated with online check-in through my phone, but we were done once check-in was complicated in 1 1/2 hours for rapid CO-VID test, and appreciated the availability. I have less a concern about the wait, than the technological requirements for check-in which I was able to complete, but I wonder about people less able to do this. My comments are less critical, than constructive suggestion. Because all my questions were not completely clear (though staff were very gracious over the phone), I entered the office to speak “in person” for clarity and was warmly received and kindly treated. One goes to a doctor to “see” a doctor and engage people, and not one’s digital device exclusively. I’m just being honest. This said, I will definitely return should the need arise, and appreciate the service I and my mother-in-law received today!

My son and I like going to NextCare Urgent Care because it is better than other Urgent Care facilities. We travel 45 minutes to this Urgent Care because we get optimal care. Waiting time is not bad. The providers are experienced and everyone is professional and friendly. The staff cares. You can just feel it. We will not go any where else. I sincerely recommend this facility and that is why I don’t mind travelling the extra distance because it’s worth it especially when it comes to my family. Andrea B.

I was surprisingly pleased with my visit today! All staff was friendly and informative. I'm a tough one to impress regarding customer care especially since Customer Service in general in Fayetteville is aweful. I cant say enough how well my visit went from checking in to me leaving. Its refreshing to be treated so kindly at an urgent care. My friend and I came in for a COVID test for travel but this kind of customer care matters the most especially when you dont feel well and need medical attention. If I ever need and urgent care again, Ill def come back to thos one!!
