First time visiting this location. I was just going to come in for a Covid test, not expecting to see anyone except the nurse that was performing the Covid test. But to my surprise, I actually was able to see a nurse practitioner. I’m so glad that nurse practitioner, Jen, was available because she was very helpful and informative and really took the time to talk and listen as I had some other issues going on that she addressed. Also the nurse, Renee, was awesome. Very patient, kind and professional, as well as the front desk staff. My visit there was a 10! And I left with a full printout of the summary of my visit with all the written instructions. I highly recommend this location.

We were told there could be possibly a 1 a 1/2 to 2 hour wait. we were taken within a half hour, and were in and out of the exam room in no time! We spent less time at the urgent care then we did at the pharmacy waiting for my sons rx.

I loved the way their solv is set up. So easy. The receptionist, nurse and doctor were friendly, nice and very professional. I did a walk in but they were full so I set up an appointment for the next day and they were able to see me early with out waiting much. I recommend them and will use them again when needed. I booked my appointment online and filled out all needed information online. The staff was so nice and friendly with all the patients. This was my first time using this urgent care. The wait time was to be expected. The only things that were different from the other urgent care I visit - the waiting area seats maybe 4-5 and there seemed to be a consistent hold up with discharging. I never did receive any discharge papers just test results.

I don’t like Solv to write my review. I was very pleased with the care I received. The floors in the clinic need repair and walls need fresh paint. When you are sick, surroundings are important. In spite of this, I highly recommend this Urgent Care. The staff are all clean and professional. AND FRIENDLY!!!

I was there July 23, *** with some very sore bumps on the inside of my finger near the bone. I was seen by Lilia Popadiuk PAC. After explaining how it felt and voicing my fears she diagnosed it as Herpetic Whitlow and ordered my prescription in only a half hour. It had totally cleared up by the time I finished my medication!! I am so thankful for my experience at “Urgent Care”!
