Severe sore throat and many other symptoms. Could have just stopped with the tests the nurse did. Didn’t learn anything from the PA Kimberly other than how to say ahhhh (tongue depressor) correctly. And that you can not fix a virus which I already knew. Pretty much a waste of money for me.

I have had a cough for a week now, talking has become a challenge due to constantly having coughing attacks, and decided to get it checked out. The receptionist is fabulous and made the process quick and easy. How ever while I was in the room the doctor came in and checked me out she offered to give me a shot to help with my cough. I asked if it was in the arm and she said no that it would be in the butt and I said no. (Fear of needles) trying to explain but my cough was so bad that I couldn’t talk. She then said “Well your cough must not be that bad if you don’t want a shot in your butt) while I’m still coughing. I was nice the rest of the visit but felt like my concerns weren’t taken serious and felt very judged because I wouldn’t take the shot. Doctors should NEVER act like this.
