This is my 2and time at this Urgent Care on Southern. I have been impressed both times with the admitting / I had to wait 2 hrs unable to get an appointment/ receptionist very pleasant/ informative. The Nurse Practioner was agood listener and asked good questions. Thank You

We went to two urgent cares and left due to 3+ hour waits. The wait time was around 30 mins...staff was pleasant and prompt. Dr was quick... quite but thorough. Only downside was no rapid covid testing. But understandable. Making this our go to urgent care from now on.

The lady that first brought me back said I should of not come in. Because a Dr. On phone had me on an antibiotic. when Dr. Looked at my throat she told me what I have is not what phone Dr. Thought. I didnt really need the antibiotic, I needed a mouth wash. I am diabetic and have an infection not strep throat. If I would of listened to the person who took me back to a room I would have left and prolonged my recovery

The receptionist was not as friendly as I feel she should be! I realize having to work on Sunday and with a lot of elderly people is not a particularly fantastic job, but people who come to urgent care during this pandemic are in fear and a smile and kind word goes a long way to help relax people!!!!

I scheduled an appt for 4pm and it was over an hour until I was seen. The location was not busy at all. It’s just frustrating to have to sit and wait that long when you schedule an appt and you don’t feel well.
