Don't bother calling them, they put you on hold till you hang up. When I asked about that they said that was normal and what they do and something about Arizona. Others while I was waiting for hours asked about that phone issue also. Replace the cleaning staff, the floors were disgusting. There was hair everywhere. Big time miscommunication with the testing I needed, wish I could back the 3 hours I wasted there.

Got everything done that I needed done. Glad to get injection shots for my cold and sinus problem.

Everything went well from the walk in to when the doctor walked into the room. One thing said from doctor was I will ask but I can't make you take a covid test. All was good until doctor asked the administrate covid test and I declined. Then I was asked for a reason which I replied with because I refuse to do one. Doctor gave an attitude and said I am not going to argue with you and walked out. Doctors are to give their medical diagnosis and then a course of treatment and then it is up to patient to which they may accept or decline any treatment for reason at any time. Covid testing is not the first thing that any doctor should seek. So, my overall rating for this 7/10. Total wait time was over 2 hours from walk in to walk out.

It was great! The receptionist was friendly, the doctor was nice and the nurse who did my testing was a DREAM! she kicks butt!

Very pleased with my clinic visit. Wait time was reasonable and each person was knowledgeable and friendly! Always my choice when sick or in need of urgent care.

One of the best experiences I have had at an urgent care clinic. Everyone was kind, friendly and professional. Since I booked online and arrived early, I had nearly no wait time at all.

I have been here on 3 separate occasions in the last few years. The staff/doctors are knowledgeable and helpful in treating anything from a sinus infection to identifying a thyroid issue I wasn’t aware of. They always see me before my GP can get me in. I pay cash which ends up being less than if I turned it in on my horrible insurance plan. Highly recommend!

Very fast testing

Got 4 meds for sinus infection ,I should of mentioned that zithromax always worked for me.

My NP was great as always. Our family always gets taken care of at this facility, however this time...Rita Cortez made it weird! She was so awkwardly rude to me on top of doing weird treatment. I received a flu/Covid test, for both test, she stuck the swab down both nostril EACH test. NP said I was getting a steroid shot, I have always had a shot in hip/top of cheek, no problem, she wanted to put the shot in my side hip BONE area! No thank you! At that point I said I was a little uncomfortable doing that, she said that is how everyone there is trained to do it, I told her I have had a shot here before and this has never happened and she instantly walked out. The whole experience was just off. My husband asked the kind lady who took her place if Rita was having a bad day (because we all go through things) but apparently she wasn’t, this is her nature. Sorry Rita Cortez, but you are in the wrong career field if this is how you treat all of your patients on a daily basis!

One of the best walk in clinic experience I have ever had. Staff was very professional.

I felt pretty bad. I only waited about 20 minutes. The receptionist was professional and friendly. The nurse was super friendly and professional. One of her shots hurt pretty bad 😂 but she couldn’t help as the medicine is pretty rough and she forwarned me. The Doctor was professional and attentive. She explained everything to my satisfaction. I will recommend NextCare Urgent Care.

The wait was long but it wasn’t the staffs fault. There were a lot of people there. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable it’s been my 3rd in a row there. Will be back when I need to go to an urgent care again

I really like Susan Butz because she takes the time to listen to me and was understanding that I was frustrated that my cough and sinus infection didn't go away from the last time I saw her at the urgent care.

Quick and easy COVID test.

The clinic was good but the operator service was terrible. I called in early morning and was first told that I would get a call back within the hour. After 2 hours no one called me back so I called again and was told they didn’t see a call from me and that urgent care was for walk in to go to the clinic. So I went and because of the answering service I had a wait time of over 2 hours and the answering service didn’t have me listed. That’s bad service on your part.

The nurse sent my prescription to CVS. I then spent 1.5 hrs at CVS and was finally told they don’t fill US Veterans medication under the Mission Act. TOTAL waste of time! I’m angry. Why was my prescription sent to a pharmacy that refused to fill my prescription!!!? Doesn’t Urgent Care know who fills and who doesn’t for Veterans? Very upset.

I was taken right on time. The receptionist informed me that my visit wouldn't be covered by my insurance, being they're not a provider for BC/BS HMO. All that I read online, to arrange the appointment, never made it clear that although the Covid test is free, the provider gets paid by filing your insurance, so you must go where your insurance is accepted. I've had tests at CVS, and they don't provide medication on my plan, Walgreens does. I expected a free Covid test, in my car or in the office. I paid $120. The nurse taking my weight and temp didn't know I was there for a Covid test, for exposure, with no symptoms. She put me in a room and took my blood pressure and left. A Dr. came in and asked what symptoms I was having, as she took down the instrument to look down my throat. Does anyone read all the information a patient fills out? I told her I have no symptoms, no complaint, just wanted a test. She said someone would be with me shortly, and the nurse returned to swab my nose. She returned with my negative result and paperwork. Please make it clear to people that they will be charged for an Office Visit, even if all they need is a rapid result test.
