Scheduling was easy. Check in I thought I did over my cell but still waited for a very sour looking receptionist to call me. The staff otherwise was friendly but I waited almost 1 1/2 to be called back. My visit with dr was 5 minutes. There’s no pointed in scheduling an appointment if the times aren’t followed. I understand being busy but that wait was ridiculous!

A chronic cough - my doctor told me to go to Urgent Care.  Urgent Care took care of me and didn’t brush me off - but extended care and concern.  Got an appointment straight away and didn’t even wait 5 minutes!

I hate when the tech and provider say it is probably broken then radiologist says no.  It would be nice if they called radiologist and expressed their concern to have them take a second look.
