I went for COVID-19 testing and wanted the rapid test. Front desk person was rude when telling me that they did not provide it. Website stated that it was available. I really preferred rapid test because I am 65 and my husband is immune compromised.

Front office, nurses and doctors were amazing each time we came here, which was twice in one week ! The front desk lady went out of her way each time to help us, the nurse who checked us in and doctors were all wonderful.

Natalie, the medical assistant, was so sweet and friendly!!! I had a very deep and impacted earwax in both my ears and she did everything she can to remove it! I can finally hear again and it was all thanks to her! I thought I had to go to a ENT specialist, but I was so happy she was able to help me. Tbh, I would have thought she was a nurse if she didn't tell me she was a medical assistant! Thank you Natalie & the rest of the staff!

The doctor was very nice, but the girl who did the test was not very friendly. The girl who checked me in was nice and helpful.
I have been to the clinic a few times since covid hit and although the staff and my treatment was good, I have to say that this visit was great. I was seen immediately by PA David and his care/concerns for my health were comforting. The place was busy, but he made me feel as though I was the only patient there and gave me his full attention. Thank you David. Thank you for the heart you have for your profession and patients.

Everything is awesome as usual. I called 10 minutes before my appointment to check in. Didn’t hear back from anyone so I called 50 minutes later. Someone forgot to check me in when I called earlier. Once I called the second time they got me through real quick! Great people, very professional and kind!

I had seen a teladoc the night prior and it was awful and told it was viral. Monday my symptoms got so much worse that I started breathing shallow and unable to swallow. Care Now is where I usually go and my webcheck check in said it was a 5 1/2 wait. I looked at one more option prior to going to the emergency room and I am so happy I got in, they saw me immediately, listened to me and took proper action to ensure I was going to start feeling better.

Cadillac quality health care services. Top of the line knowledgeable doctors. Life saving treatments.
Urgent care are available to assist patients that are looking for immediate, convenient medical care. In that manner, they are similar to an emergency room. The difference, however, is that ERs are meant to treat major, life-threatening injuries and illnesses while urgent care centers manage life’s minor bruises and bumps. In simple terms, an urgent care is seen as a walk-in health center that focuses in offering non-emergent health care conditions, including the treatment of the typical illnesses and injuries such as fractures and sprains, cuts and burns, scrapes, stings and bites, flu and cold symptoms, nausea and vomiting, abdominal pain, and much more. Most urgent care facilities offer both diagnostic and preventive care such as well visits, immunizations, STD testing and annual physicals. For regular visits and check-ups on these clinics, you should expect to pay between $20 and $100. The good thing is that most urgent care clinics will accept major PPOs and insurance cover, Medicare, as well as self-pay in the form of credit cards or cash. Urgent care clinics are located in most parts of the country in various regions to offset emergency room visits and provide a gap in healthcare services. They take patients during all hours of operations, which offer a significant convenience to most people who have and continue to undergo the need for sudden and immediate medical attention.
Most primary care doctor offices are open during routine work hours, Monday thru Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Conversely, most of the urgent care centers in Waxahachie are available after hours, on weekends, and many holidays. Typical urgent care hours are 8:00 am to 8:00 pm daily, although location-specific hours may vary. Book an after hours appointment today.

The standard cost in urgent care where insurance cover is not involved ranges from $100 to $125. This price is generally the standard price of a visit before extra services. There are a couple of additional care services that could make your appointment to an urgent care costly including x-rays and lab tests, medications and injections (such as immunization), casting broken bones, as well as stitches and splints. If you have a viable insurance plan in place, the standard pay will be between $20 – 50 depending on your insurance coverage and whether you are in contact with the provider.
