NextCare is an Incredible urgent care. Immediately you’re welcomed and instantly feel relief and in a safe place. Which is so important to me. I can always be honest and not feel judge for anything I’m going through. I will never go to any other place and will always recommend them. Thank you so much for giving me a pleasant and easy service/care. Generally I bet high anxiety from going to the doctors and I was completely out at ease. This is what a providers office should be like. Such amazing employees and providers that CARE and not act like it’s just job. Thank you so so much.

Cut my little finger on Sunday night and can't stop bleeding. I call and schedule the appointment, it was easy and no need to wait for a long time. Receptionist, Provider and all staff are polite and patience. The Provider carefully to take care of my wound. Highly recommend. Thank you

Needed 12 stitches for a wound. Staff was fantastic. Jason Steadman was my provider. He was absolutely amazing. Attentive, thorough, asked great questions about my medical injury and history, etc… I am really glad this was the urgent care facility I went to.

Had a clogged right ear and couldn’t hear. Quick appointment and in 40 minutes I was done and my ears were clear and felt so much better. The staff was great and didn’t suggest anything that wasn’t necessary. Have been coming to this urgent care for years with my kids and it’s always a great experience. Thank you

While the staff was incredibly helpful and kind when I took my son in for sore throat and the visit was quick and fine, his prescription was sent to the wrong pharmacy. After multiple calls, it was still never sent to the appropriate pharmacy and I ended up paying more money for his script at the wrong pharmacy. I know they’re not a primary care but why have me put a preferred pharmacy if they won’t use it and why can’t the prescription be adjusted after multiple calls? Too bad.

I walked in  this morning without an appointment, filled out paperwork, sat down and within 10 minutes I was being attended to. Good job and well done! 😃

I was pleased with my care today. The NP or Doc was kind and informative. Actually, this Staff member was working alone today and still provided me with excellent care. I live in Robson Ranch. It’s nice to have a place close. We are patients at Mayo Clinic. Yet, received great care at NextCare.

Scheduling was quick and easy! Once I got there, I was checked in and seen within 5/10 minutes. The staff and physician were super nice, friendly and knowledgeable. I definitely would recommend NextCare to anyone.

Everyone I worked with was friendly and made it easy to understand what was happening at all times.
