I have gone to next care several times. I've always been satisfied with all my check-ins, and the PAs I had for my visits. I've been seen by Elia several times. She's a god sent. So kind, caring and a fabulous listener. Her diagnosis was spot on. I've been quite satisfied with all my visits. If I need urgent care and you're available Next Care is my go to for my medical issues. Thank you for being available on weekends and holidays.

Once again I was very pleased and I got dog diagnose buy a real good doctor that knew exactly what to do before I came there I went to another house I went to the hospital but they did not diagnose me with what he found and he was absolutely correct I love the Urgent Care it's my third visit and it's never been a problem

Did not get the opportunity to have my daughter get her Covid test today, with no appoinment. The lady at the front desk was rude to me, from my point of view. Besides that, and kept going doing some errands in the meantime i receive my phone call for my daughter test but my phone only rang like 3 times or 4, but not more than that. Could not get the phone call. Was not sure if i needed to take my daughter or not. Did not take her. But again, the lady at the front desk was not nice at all. Thank you

Came in with a possible concussion and I was pretty distressed about it. Wait time was reasonable. The staff were professional and had good bedside manner. Gerald Chan was my main doctor, he was confident, calming, and informative. His recommended treatment seems to be working. A good visit, considering my condition. I would recommend this provider.
