Excellent patient care. Unfortunately a lot of people do not realize what urgent care is for……it’s not for a Paper-cut or because you’ve been sneezing all day…..people need to be proactive about their healthcare so that the healthcare workers at the urgent care can concentrate on what’s important.

Wait was 3+ hours as a walk-in (no appts available) but was grateful for the text service on Solv that alerts you when to come back to the clinic. Medical and front desk staff were terrific! Highly recommend.

I thought it was going to be a quick and simple Covid test with the swab of the nose and I would be on my way but they treated it as though it was a regular visit they took my vitals they listen to my chest they asked me questions how I was feeling so on and so forth and they even gave me a prescription..wow.. I thought it was pretty awesome and it was free that was the cake with the icing on top🙂

The doctor was nice. The front desk lady was very efficient. The nurse wasn’t very sociable but professional and hoped that I feel better. Only issue is that I wished the appointment time was different than the actual time I was called back. It was probably a 25-30 delay.
