Been having side pain for 2 days.  Came in when starting having sharp stabbing pain from time to time.    Took urine sample and told me everything looked good.  Didn’t really say what they thought it was just asked me if I have old medication at home for IBS.  Never physically checked to see if I had tenderness.   Was quite disappointed in the care I received.  They seemed so focused on my IBS and nothing more.   I’ve had IBS long enough to know my symptoms and if I have a flair up. Would have not come in if I knew was due to IBS.

Have felt bad with congestion, sneezing, fever for 3 days.  Made an appt and was seen within an hour of making the appt.  Nurse was great, tested for flu/covid/strep and gave me the results within 10 minutes.  Doctor came in and discussed my options and sent over meds to pharmacy.  In all very pleased with the service of all the staff.  I feel better today than I have in almost a week!  Thank you!

I had been suffering with left side numbness throughout the weekend. Finally went in and they were very kind and gentle and quick. The receptionist was very empathetic with me as well as my nurse, so supportive and comforting. The Dr was very informative and comforting as well. Answered all of my questions just like the nurse and receptionist. I drove half an hour to go there and am very glad I did. Would highly recommend them!!!!

I was able to choose a Labcorp location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.

Great in and out. But I was only there for a prescreen drug test!

- Verified patient on 11/1

2nd time there this year. Great response. Made appointment on line. Worked great! Felt I was listened to and was cared for by every staff member. Bathroom for cultures was not the most tidy, (pubic hair on back of toilet and seat.) and didn't like to have to wash my hands outside the toilet room. I was not there for a drug test. Overall experience was nice considering i wasn't feeling well.

- Verified patient on 5/21

Had a random urine drug screen and Kristen was great! She was professional, prompt and had a smile on her face. I only put a 3 for wait time because when I checked in I told receptionist I really had to pee and was told the only thing she could do was let me use the bathroom and give me a bottle of water. My wait was only about 25 min but by then I was pacing and about to wet my pants.

My visit was for an employment drug screening. The two ladies at the front were awesome. They were both knowledgeable, considerate, patient and kind. They greeted/acknowledged every single person that entered the facility and made us feel welcome. The lady who helped me after being called back was the same! It is evident that all three of these ladies take pride in their work and the service that they provide for their patients! In a world where every thing currently seems so dark, these ladies were rays of sunshine! Kudos to each of them!

The DanAnne Collections, LLC office in Bryant, AR is permanently closed. DanAnne Collections, LLC (DAC) is in NO way associated with solvhealth.com. In fact, most of this information for DAC is incorrect. The DAC collection site only preformed breath alcohol & drug screen collections/testing. Medicare, or any other insurance, has never been excepted. You, Solvhealth, are misleading people about this company. Why?

was in for a random dot drug test. Same drug test I have been taking for years. They got mad because I stepped outside because it was 80 degrees in the waiting room. Some of us work for a living, and don’t appreciate getting treated like a parolee!!

I was a walking and I walked in for a drug screen requested by my potential employer and the receptionist not only allowed me to come and walk in extremely late she took care of my drug screen in 15 minutes I was in and out during the check-in process not only did she assist me I watched her so three other patients issues and executed with professionalism knowledge Grace in a very efficient manner. She was amazing I wish I got her name but she is definitely a success for this company

I couldn't give them 5 stars for wait time because that would mean it was perfect, (there wasn't a wait). However, the wait wasn't long at all!!! The same with quality of care, I was in for random employee drug screen so wasn't much care that had to be given. No matter the situation or reason for visit, I've used this place several time for different reasons and never had anything to complain about. The staff are very friendly!

I wish to commend everyone that I had the pleasure of interacting with today. When I was faced with what at first seemed like a no-win situation (major traffic congestion from Route 95 that eventually spilled over to Route 1 North). After 2 calls attempting to find some type of solution, I was eventually transferred to the Fettle office and once there an exception was made which aided me to come in for the drug screening part of my physical (for I wanted to ensure that I was well hydrated to not add on any additional time, so while driving to the location I had dranked 5 bottles of water). Afterwards I was added to the list of other waiting patients and within1-2 hours, my physical was completed and I was able to walk out with my paperwork in hand. Many thanks ti the staff at the Fettle staff, you all are Super!!!

I go by PhysicianOne Urgent Care once a week, and luckily have never had a need for their services. Having to do a drug test for work, they were the closest approved location so I said “let’s give them a shot”. I can only say good things about the experience. The staff was kind and very professional. Given the fact that I was a walk in, the wait time was very good as well. Would definitely recommend to others. 5 stars!

I went in for a pre employment physical evaluation and a drug screening, went pretty well, except for the urine drug test. I have never done any drugs in my life, but this thing made it look like I do. it came back positive for opioids and morphine, a substance that naturally occurs in poppy seeds, which I ate on two “everything bagels” for lunch the previous day. Poppy seeds have enough codeine and morphine that naturally are in them that it triggered this false positive. I am just disappointed that the test can’t differentiate from a person who naturally consumes it through food, or malicious illegal use of a substance. I can’t believe that an everything bagel could be the cause of a bump in the road for me getting a job. Now I have to wait 3 to 5 days for an “accurate” lab test to see if it was naturally consumed through food, or ingested some other way, in which I have no idea how.

The wait was really long didnt leave until almost 5 pm..lots of Walmart drug tests that day...back of house was very awesome...woman at the front desk on the other hand took her attitude out on customers and was later complaining to someone on her cellphone she couldnt leave because we were all there 5 of us total.very rude disrespectful to an elderly woman who questioned why someone who showed up after all of us got to go when it was her turn.. If I wouldn't have been there to get a drug test for a job I would shut that woman down quickly...customer service

I booked my appointment for a pre-employment drug screen a day in advance, arrived 15 minutes early and still had to wait almost an hour just to pee in a cup and sign a few forms. I understand that some patients with legitimate health concerns had to be seen immediately but it also forced me to sit in a waiting room for a prolonged period with people who may have been Covid positive. I do appreciate that everyone was masked but that was my main concern.

- Verified patient on 7/4

They drug tested me. 10/10 would do again.

They were busy with a volume of patients. I was just here for a DOT drug screen. Overall good experience.

- Verified patient on 5/5

This was my first trip to this location. It was for a drug screening for employment. I did have to wait for about an hour, however, I was a walk in patients and did not ha e an appointment. The staff was very friendly and the facility was clean. It is awkward for it was my first time to have to pee in a cup for employment. And there is no sink in the bathroom to wash your hands afterwards. I was informed this is because of the nature of the visit. All in all it was a good experience.

- Verified patient on 4/16

It was good; however when I was checking in I could not remember the word recoverytrek when I did the girls up front said in a loud voice “oh your here for a drug test!!” And then laughed. I recommend that they understand that they consider that patient might not want everyone to know what they are there for. I don’t want the girls to get in trouble just a good teaching point. No harm no foul on my end.

My first time at this next care I went for a drug test and a TB test for pre-employment I did have to wait but it wasn't so long that it irritated me once I got in the doctor was very friendly and easy-going front office staff was nice and very helpful if I ever needed to go to an urgent care for medical help I would choose this facility it's close to home open 24 hours staff is friendly

About Drug Tests

There are a variety of options for drug tests in Little Rock, each able to detect illegal or prescription drugs in urine, blood, hair, perspiration, or saliva. The most common method of drug screening is urine testing, however, blood and hair tests are also used for specialized purposes. At-home drug tests are also readily available, but usually only test for one or two narcotics, such as marijuana, methamphetamine, and opiates such as heroin and cocaine. Lab-based drug tests are more thorough and screen for a wide range of substances and alcohol at the same time.

Drug testing is used for a variety of purposes, including assessing whether or not someone has recently consumed drugs or alcohol. Employers frequently utilize them as a pre-employment screening tool or sometimes as a requirement of on-going employment. In addition, drug testing for performance-enhancing drugs and other illegal substances are routinely conducted by athletic organizations. Law enforcement and courts employ drug testing in both criminal and civil cases. Finally, if your doctor has prescribed an opioid, he or she may request a drug test to ensure you're getting the correct dose of your medication.

A drug test is a very simple procedure that requires no preparation and poses no risk. The most frequent type of test is a urine test, which entails submitting a urine sample in a lab or medical office. The steps are as follows:

  1. Wash your hands thoroughly, and clean your genital area with a cleansing pad provided by the facility.
  2. Begin urinating into the toilet, then move the collection cup under your urine stream to collect at least two ounces of urine in the container. There should be markings on the cup to assist with measurement.
  3. When complete, properly seal the cup using the provided instruction, flus the toilet, wash your hands again, and return the specimen to the technician or healthcare provider as instructed.

On the orders of law enforcement or the court, a technician may be required to be present while you take your sample. Make sure you follow all of the directions to guarantee that your test result is genuine and that you do not have to repeat the process.

Drug Test FAQs

  • How much does a drug test cost in Little Rock?

Most drug tests cost between $25 and $100. When conducted at a doctors office in Little Rock you can expect to also add on an office visit charge or co-pay. At-home drug tests are also available and can cost less than $10, but are not as reliable. It really depends on what type of test you need. Check with your employer to see what their requirements are. They may even have a preferred lab or draw station they send you to.

  • Where can I get a drug test in Little Rock?

Drug tests are generally available throughout Little Rock at medical testing labs, urgent care centers, retail clinics, primary care doctor offices, and many local pharmacies.
