Visiting from out of state and had trouble breathing and a cough. I got in right in. Staff was friendly and compassionate.

Came home with a bad headache upset stomach and sore throat thought I would wait until the next day but started to get worse and fever. Tried to book online appointment but was none available. It did say walk-ins we being accepted. So I went and the wait was not horrible at all less than 30 mins I was already being checked by the doctor. The lady in the front was friend and helpful, the doctor Was awesome, easy going, great bed side manners,  listened to concerns, gave me helpfully suggestions to help me feel better and just made me feel comfortable, great doctor there. Now the only thing I would say was the lady who took vitals that day was not very personable, not very friend. When I spoke she really didn’t acknowledge, she did her job but that was about it. A little ruff with taking a swab sample as well. No smile or much interaction but she did her job. When I’m sick or anyone in my family is sick I know I can count on this place, they truly have the best people here thank you so much I have been feeling much better as of day 2 and even better day 3.

I received the care I can trust and I enjoyed my visit with the nurses andDr involved with my treatment.

Scheduling was quick and easy! Once I got there, I was checked in and seen within 5/10 minutes. The staff and physician were super nice, friendly and knowledgeable. I definitely would recommend NextCare to anyone.

Heaven’s Urgent Care and NPR Mark, the Best! I scheduled online and it was easy for this senior:) Staff is friendly, efficient and professional. NPR Mark listened, asked questions and came up with a treatment plan. I feel better already, in time to enjoy the holiday.  Thank you so much!

Had/have something in my left eye. Felt great when he numbed it but a half hour later it’s back, unfortunately!

The NP was great. Took her time, made assessment. Really appreciate them being open on Christmas.

Everyone that helped us during our visit was kind, and thorough. They were caring and gentle with my sick 5 year old. Overall great experience.

All staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Krissy, the NP, and Jason super patient and took time to explain things throughly. Wait time long, even with scheduled appointment. This time of the year it expected though.

Everything went well and everyone was so kind. I did have to call later in the day to ask a question about pyridium and to see if I could get a script because I was concerned the Azo was not Interstitial Cystitis friendly and the ones I had at home were expired. The receptionist said she would get back to me after consulting the Dr. I didn't receive a phone call. That won't keep me from going there again if I need to.

Wait time was minimal on a Friday afternoon. Staff was knowledgeable. X-rays and reading was immediate and I didn’t have to go down the hill.
