          The staff and doctor were very nice and caring. The nurse and doctor were very reassuring to my granddaughter that was afraid of coming to the visit for her earache. She, the doctor calmed my granddaughter by speaking to her kindly and detailing everything she would do to check het ear. Thank you to everyone that made the visit as pleasant as possible for my anxious granddaughter.  And, yes I will recommend this provider. They were recommended by a family member, as well.

          From walking in the door, the girls up front registering and paying, zero wait time, MA accessing and vitals, my seats, blood, shots, and of course the dr visit was excellent.           Had been putting off seeing a doctor about a chronic intermittent problem but when it was getting worse decided on Doctors Urgent Care at Northlake as they have taken excellent care of me each time I went for a health problem.           It’s after my appt. I’m waiting for my sons prescription since his ear hurts and cvs pharmacy says they still have not received prescription from doctor. Before leaving, I even asked the doctor if the antibiotic would be sent to the pharmacy and she said yes. This is something serious. The whole point of me making the appt is so he wouldn’t be in pain tonight or tomorrow morning. And now I have to work tomorrow. I can’t pick up his med until after work. I’m so so mad. Why didn’t yall send the prescription to the pharmacy?

          My daughter was sick running fever. I was able to get her seen same day. The environment and staff was welcoming. The nurse was sweet, kind while screening my child. Doctor was quick. I had such a great experience, I have switched over our pcp.
