I got an appointment with 30 minutes of attempting, went immediately into a room upon my arrival, was seen within 1 minute of being in the room and got the care that I needed by kind and well-trained staff. This place is like no other medical care facility I have ever used.

Check in was painful! You have to get a link on your phone, then complete the forms. They kept sending the link to the wrong phone number. Then it won’t let you go to the next screen until you’ve completed information that they already have in their system which I verified with her. I’ll go back to paper next time.

I was able to easily schedule an appointment and be seen. I had the option of a tele-health appointment but I really wanted a medical professional to check my symptoms. It was wonderful to be taken care of and listened to, not rushed through a televise. The PA, nurse and check in staff listened to me and helped me get the care that I needed. They also did it with a smile, and that is the best medicine!
