Scheduled with ease online. They had an opening within 10 mins, took that appointment. Upon arrival was greeted by front office staff who kindly checked me in. Was sitting for not even a minute before being called back by the medical assistant who was also kind and took all my vitals. The Dr. came in with a wonderful professional demeanor and great bedside manner. He answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. I would definitely recommend this office for your urgent health care needs!

I made an appointment online and was able to get an appointment quickly. I did not wait and was greeted kindly. The nurse practitioner that saw me took time with me and sent a prescription to my pharmacy immediately. She told me to get back to her if I wasnt doing better or had any questions. Way better than going to my family practitioners where I was told I couldn’t be seen until July 15th for a sick appointment. Highly recommend Carbon Health in Jenkintown.

Anytime I can’t get into see my primary Dr when I need to see her I  go to your urgent care. I never make an appointment because I don’t drive so it’s easier for me to just walk in. I sign in and wait about 10-15 min. I’m usually out with in the hour. The staff is friendly and the doctors actually listen to you. That’s very important to me.  Thank you

Went into Live with a bad cough, some type of respiratory illness, and I was so completely satisfied with the care I received there! The receptionist was friendly, patient and professional, I was taken back almost immediately, and both the nurse and the nurse practitioner were also friendly, kind, professional and helpful. They listened and took care to hear my concerns and treat me accordingly. I would strongly recommend Live and will definitely be going back the next time I have an issue.

Easy to schedule, they had a same day appt and I was able to book right at 9 am, staff and PA were SO nice, PA was informative and friendly, with great bedside manner and advice. My only opportunity area for this Urgent Care would be to reduce the wait time. It took 40 minutes before I even saw the PA from when I arrived with the 9 am appt. And all together I was there 1 hour and 30 minutes. PA was new and learning the ropes and computer systems, but this waiting time (with an appt) should look to be shortened in the future.
