Everyone was fantastic. All the children's urgent cares were full so we took my son in for a persistent fever on advice of our pediatrician. We were in and out in 20 minutes and felt like we got excellent care.

Scheduling was easy and was there early to check in but still had to wait. My visit was pretty quick. My appointment was at 3PM. I got there at 2:45 and I left at 4. Time spent with the provider was probably less than 10 minutes.

check in is always nice and quick and immediate which is what we appreciate the most. The nurse that greeted us and got us started was very friendly and welcoming.  The provider named Miguel is not very personable and asked us what’s our goal to be there.. that question threw us off a little. He treated us like a business and it was just here ok here is your prescription have a good day.  I’ve seen him in the past and felt uncomfortable that I didn’t move forward with any suggestions he provided in the past. Appreciate that he gave me and my son prescriptions but he didn’t really explain to me what was going on with me but did with my son. Wished he didn’t treat us like a transaction he tried to complete.  No, I do not recommend this provider.

I went to the Urgent Care Facility on my insurance providers website and it had closed the previous September. I went to the next one one the provider’s list 8 miles away. They were not open on weekends. I went into Indigo in my town thinking I would get turned away again. Their wait was too long; but they found an opening for me at another Indigo 3 miles away. They took me in right away. I was so relieved to get my very bad cough and sinusitis addressed. They were great!

The front desk staff and nurse were super friendly and nice. The xray machine wasn't working at this facility, which they really should let the patient know before they make an appointment.. I was seen by a nurse practitioner, Kamaal I believe.  She seemed nice, however, she didn't seem too concerned and asked minimum questions. I don't feel like my concern was  fully addressed/resolved.  I should have just gone to my primary care instead of paying $100 copay only to be told, "just keep up with warm fluids and come back again if it gets worst", because it's just that easy to come back and pay another $100 copay again. I drove about 18 miles to get seen at this location because appointments at the clinic near me get booked super fast.. I mentioned that to the provider that I don't want to drive this far again just one day later..and I was told "try making an appointment a day before near you then" (because clearly, I didn't try that and chose to drive that far in snowy weather). Last time I was sick with this horrendous cough and phlegm, a provider at different location told me exactly the same that it's just a viral, only for me to end up at my primary care the next day who diagnosed me with pneumonia! I see a similar review here from another patient ending up with pneumonia because your provider here, misdiagnosed her.. I sure hope the nurse practitioner didn't miss anything.. I couldn't ask for x-ray anyway, since it wasn't working at this location. I did mention to her that last time with exact same thing, I was prescribed antibiotics and she brushed it off saying "it's just a viral".. Not sure how she decided on that when she didn't even do an xray.  I was not all satisfied with my treatment by this provider at this location. Multicare Indigo, you need to fix your mistakes and train your providers, instead of copy pasting the same response to all the low rating reviews. Looking at the reviews here, no wonder this location always has multiple appointments available as compare to other locations.

Doctor blew off everything I said , wasted 250$ For visit to get 20$ mouth wash . Would not recommend… staff was amazing. Still have the same issue with no end in sight. The doctor just tries to get through as many people as possible it’s all about the money but the people again like the tech the nurse the front receptionist were amazing. The doctor couldn’t care less didn’t even look at the issue literally sat in his chair and talked the whole time for about four minutes I would not recommend going here if you really have an issue. ( Dr. Simranjit ) go anywhere else .

The office was spotless. The staff was nice but the CNA said she had to scrape the inside of each of my nostrils 10 times each side in order to get a proper sample for a covid test. Ten times! And it hurt so bad I cried. I had the test once before a year ago and it didn’t take 10 swabs. Maybe she needs go over how to administer the test again. And maybe someone should swab each of her nostrils that far back 10 times so she can tell how bad that feels!

This was my first time visit. The initial check in only took a short time and about 20 minutes to be seen . Both the assistant and the RN were very professional explaining all the various tests they were running. They were careful to check to ensure that my insurance would cover the rapid test. In and out in about an hour! COVID test

I was a walk in on the first day open after New Years - the clinic was slammed with Covid testing. I checked in and went home to receive a text to come back six hours later. I understand why the delay and was happy to go home rather than sit and wait. Interactions were all positive and professional. I recommend.

We are ages 73 & 78 & didn’t feel well. We didn’t know what to expect & was uncomfortable in our new situation, unfamiliar environment, possibility of contact with really sick folks. We had been exposed 7 days earlier to a confirmed Covid positive neighbor. It only took a minute or two - for the receptionist to put us at ease. Respectful, friendly, clearly overqualified for the position. We had done the paperwork on line, a little challenging for us “OG’s” (old guy & old gal) the medical assistant was equally as GREAT! Then the Dr. came in continuing the wonderful care & attention he detail & was so gracious. Never been to this facility or any on Christmas Eve. Of course they were swamped with all manner of health issues & took it in gracious stride. Carole & Irv ❤️🙏🏻🧑🏻‍🎄🎅🏻 Insurance paid the $500 for testing.

I am handicapped and didn’t realize it wasn’t a drive thru clinic. Could never have stood in the huge line with my walker The staff was fabulous and came to do the test at my car. Noel could not have been nicer as well as the young woman checking people in. My husband had to go up and ask if we needed to just cancel or how could they accommodate me. They were so fast and efficient we were done very quickly and hopefully didn’t hinder any of the large amount of people standing in the cold. I would much rather be not handicapped and be able to stand for hours but since I can’t I am very grateful for the very efficient and caring service the staff exhibited!

This was a fantastic experience! I walked up and was able to receive a test within minutes. Each step of the process was smooth and the three people I spoke with were kind, efficient, and clear. And, it doesn't hurt that the testing center is just blocks away from where I live. Thank you!

I went there for COVID-19 tests. My experience there was excellent: whole process very-well organized, people there are super friendly and well-trained, test location is clean with enough parking space. Thank you so much for your great job to make all of these happen!

Everything was fast and easy. I think walk-up avalible signs should be flashed on and off, on the street, so that people don't delay because they are unable or unsure or can't do the computer check in. More tests healthier State.

This was a very organized process. They appointment people were checked in and then you proceed to the testing area. A second checkin an we were given our labeled test tube. A medical technician gave us the nasal swabs and we twirled it 10 times in each nostril. That’s it we were done. Result notification by text and / or email. No cost with insurance card I recommend you go here and get tested for Covid19. Booked online Everyone was great Zero cost.

Self swab covid test was fast and easy. Staff gave excellent directions on how to do it and when to expect results. Only one bad thing is address on google maps brings you to other area of campus. Covid test signs little small to be noticed.

We made an appointment on Wednesday for a 10 o’clock appointment on Thursday. We walked up to the site answered a few questions verified our identity took the test and we’re gone at 10:05. Far better than the Bellevue site where you eat for over an hour sometimes

This is my first time scheduling a Covid test via a University of Washington site. The location, ours were extremely convenient. I found the staff efficient and courteous. Instructions were clear. I was in an out in like 2 to 3 minutes. I have heard the results return always within 24 hours even though they don’t promised us. Cost was zero for a Covid test. I highly recommend the site.

The team start to finish was very friendly. They were all very courteous & informative. I was out & in quicker than I could have imagined, and I was 15 minutes early to my appointment and they took me right then and there! Highly recommend this location. This will be my go to for Covid Testing here on out.

I used the Solv. app and found an appointment within minutes of loading my details. I had been scouring the online DoH and CDC links and going in a mind numbing circle. I consider myself educated and more savvy than the average bear, however finding a testing site was C-O-N-fusing! In spite of my frustration, the location was a breath of fresh air. Simple, quick and considerate. A good complement to a clientele that is humiliated by the search process, stressed about possibly being CoVid positive and driving on snow filled streets to make sure they can do right by the safety protocols. 5 stars for the crew braving the slush, cold and virus in order to screen us all.

Quick COVID testing site. Very convenient for me to stay safe. A little confusing finding the tent as I thought the testing was being done in the main building, it was no big deal though I followed the signs to the tent site.

We need the test and they have appointments available not further than 2 days, which another locations take more days. Took my mom that she speak only Spanish and they have staff that speak Spanish to help her in the process, we got the result the same day. Very professionals

Super sweet staff - I was anxious about getting tested and they made me feel so much more calm. Very pleasant experience! We came two hours before our appt to see if we could get tested earlier and we’re able to get in right away. Very pleased!

The tablets they use to check people in were having issues, which slowed down the process. Wish they checked appt times, as people with afternoon appts were there at opening, which made for longer waits for appts at opening. Not sure if logistically possible though. But all in all- great staff, fast turn around by the lab, and very thankful Seattle is doing much better at available testing than many areas. Grateful to know that my sore throat and post nasal drip were very likely not covid (I isolated anyway to be sure).

I am the type of person that uses any and every precaution when it comes to keeping safe and protecting oneself from covid. Unfortunately, I was directly exposed from a co worker and had wto get a test done today. I was very surprised that I was able to get an appointment last minute on New Year’s Eve. The process from checking in to getting the test done went very smoothly. It was very organized and employees were engaging and friendly. My husband didn’t have an appointment and they didn’t seem to have any available but we some how went to the website after I got my test and he was able to get one as well! Such a great experience! Thank you to all of the healthcare workers and professionals who continue to keep us safe!

The tech platform for scheduling is missing an intuitive way to schedule multiple tests for my family. I have two small kids and didn't see anyway to do that clearly. I'm tech savvy and was working off my phone. I'd expect this a big barrier, especially for families that use their phone as their primary/only connection to the internet (think low income here). Registration is perhaps more important than onsite experience as if you can't register properly you don't even get onsite. The person checking us in was wonderful and helped fix the problem, which took about 10 additional minutes compared to others.

I stood in line for half hour and was turned away because system was down. So I left, made appointment online, went back, there was no line, the system was back up, and got tested quickly. Frustrating, but I persevered and it worked out. This was at UW pop up site, 155th and 15th NE. Everyone was great, glad it worked out. My insurance covered it, so that was great.

My daughter needed a COVID test and Indigo was amazing from the easy booking to the friendliness of the staff and gorgeous remodel of the Shoreline location. The one issue I had, is that your system knew my daughter was only 16–but never said that a parent would need to accompany her to the apt. We live 5 min away—so this worked out.

Shoreline Lab Tests

Lab tests take samples of your blood, urine, saliva, and other bodily secretions, which are then analyzed in a lab to help doctors diagnose and treat certain illnesses. Lab tests can be used to diagnose an illness, detect changes in an existing condition, and monitor how your body responds to a therapy, among other things. They can also be used to monitor the progression of a disease or a set of diseases.

If your doctor is unable to make a definitive diagnosis of your disease, or if you are having a variety of symptoms that could indicate a variety of disorders, he or she may request a lab test. Some lab tests require no preparation at all, while others may require you to fast for eight to twelve hours before the test in order to avoid erroneous results from certain meals and beverages. Your healthcare provider may advise you to cease smoking, exercising, and taking certain medications and nutritional supplements for many hours or days before your blood test.

A lab worker may use a needle to draw blood from your arm or prick your finger to collect a small sample of blood during a blood test. During a urine test, your physician will ask you to go to the restroom and urinate in a sterile cup, then set your sample on a shelf where a lab technician can pick it up and process it.
