This will be my new spot to come to for any ailments. I drive all the way from Benson so that says alot cause this location and staff are worth the trip. Only "complaint" I have would be to offer rapid Covid testing for people like myself who are in management (or are just employed) but can't afford to miss any days "waiting for results" especially when they're probably gonna come back negative 🤞lol.

I was in and out of NextCare in under 30 minutes. Front desk person was polite, friendly and accommodating in every way. Nurse or PA was friendly, clear in directions and efficient. My daughter was taken to urgent care for covid and strep throat testing she lives in Ca and is visiting family so my sister had to take her in and we didn’t know if they would allow that being that I’m (mom) in Ca. From the moment I spoke to Brittany who answered the phone the whole process went seamless from what I could gather from not being able to be there. My order was to supposed to be in a different Compunet, but they switched without issue. I was grateful due to my father being in the hospital and things a bit tougher at the moment. My phlebotomist was great! Friendly, professional and even when she said , “big pinch here”, I barely felt anything! I need to do all my bloodwork at the Compunet in Miami Valley South!

This place is a joke. I was told I had strep. I was worse. Front desk wanted $35 for a copay. The Doctor was my issue. He came in for about a minute. Asked me several times how long I had been taking the other medication, and then order different meds and then asked if I had questions. I had to ask him to examine me. He looked in my sinuses, and rotated my head with his hand. Not sure what that dies. He did not listen to my lungs or check anything else. It appeared that he did not want to be there. I gave them $35. They better not ask for anymore.. I also had to ask him if I should go to work tomorrow. Not professional. Please seek your care somewhere else.

Went there for a walk-in and had to wait 2 1/2 hours for an appointment. The person who looked at me said there was nothing wrong and that there was nothing they could do besides give me pain relief. Come to find out I had a raging infection that they over looked and didn’t give me antibiotics for. Needless to say I will not be going back there for the antibiotics.

I understand that many urgent care centers are limited with what they can do, but surely a provider is capable of writing referrals for services. Was given a corticosteroid shot, which worked for about 10 minutes. Should have had an MRI done to find out just how bad and deep my pain was.

I have been dealing with ear pain and dizziness. This morning I woke up with loss of hearing on one side. I explained that I was experiencing those symptoms along with ear pain and dizziness. Was hoping to get a prescription to help ease my pain. Left with nothing but a paper saying if I experience all the symptoms I’m already experiencing to seek immediate care. I was there for exactly those symptoms and got nothing. Just a big bill and no help.
