Great experience except for the wait time. We had to sit in our vehicle for 2 hours and 20 mins due to the clinic being understaffed and high patient volume. We were not able to make an appointment because all had been booked for the day. There were 10 appointments and 10 walk-ins ahead of us at 4pm. The triage nurse Nikki and the PA were excellent and very thorough.

Everyone was so nice and professional. The Dr to interest in my kids activities based on there hoodies. He was really genuine. The nurse was awesome at testing them. They kids didn't complain. I will be back for any other urgent care needs. Thank you all

10-15-21 I came in to the Broadway and 15th location in Edmond around 11:00am, I was greeted by friendly staff. My wait time was less than 10 minutes, the tech who took my blood pressure etc. was very friendly as was the P.A. Great experience.

My experience with this urgent care is the best ever! The nurses were amazing & the doctor I gave to say was amazing! I have s been coming to this urgent care for a while now & brought my kids as well & this is the first time I felt heard by the doctor like she truly cared! Her bedside manners were great! Overall the experience was fine. I don’t expect much more than what I received from an urgent care facility. There is only one doctor on staff at this location so appts are needed. Because there is only one doc on staff, the time I had with the doc felt rushed, I felt as if he wasn’t really listening to my issues.

I scheduled an appointment for 8:40 and checked in at 8:37, people with walks ins were seen before me and i waited til around 9:15 to be taken back, i didn’t leave the office til right at 10. this is the second time i had to wait a while after having an appointment

Everyone was nice and the care was good, only thing I would add is that there wasn't a single Kleenex box in the office. Would have been nice to have a Kleenex, especially when you have a runny nose and feel sick
