D O T physical was quick and professional staff was outstanding!

The nurse asst and nurse practioner were great! My daughter was scared to get covid test after a bad experience at another care facility. She took her time and waited until my daughter was ready instead of forgiving her like that last time.

Everyone was very nice and professional. Had severe lower back pain and easy to navigate physically in facility, very fast care, and the staff from checking to checkout were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Well done.

Made "APPT" for covid test. Waited 40 mins in car. Then left without getting test. So my question to you is ..... why did I have to make appt ?

Scheduled covid test. Test itself was great. Only complaint was wait time, but thats to be expected with an Urgent Care facility

I was there for covid testing at 8:00am with an appointment. I didn't get in until 9am. I was told I would be called with a result in 30 minutes. I called several times and finally received a response at 2:46pm. Very unhappy about that

Covid testing. Got us in when we were desperate, we needed it for a trip in less than 72. In and out in-less than 10 mo Minutes results 20 minutes later.

Never went in just COVID test but I was so glad to have a place to get my piece of mind back from a easy process to quick testing here. Thank you

Was a good experience overall, however the website states they have rapid Covid tests and they do not.

Waited an hour to be seen for a covid test. Rapid tests were extremely limited, so opted to take a send-out test. Staff was friendly, helpful, and hygienic

The doctor was condescending. I ended up leaving and just going to the er. Which is what I didn't want to do. It was not a good experience at all. Made an appointment for 1:30 but was still taken pretty much as a walk-in. Took an hour to see the doctor. I will never go back not will I recommend it to anyone. There are plenty of other urgent cares to choose from

Staff was great and friendly. I wouldn’t recommend for Covid testing just because of the wait time and I wish they would have given a heads up, was not anticipating being there for 2.5 hours, as I have been in and out of other urgent care facilities for testing. However I do understand why it took as long as it did would just advise letting the patient know of the long wait times ahead of coming in so they are prepared.
