I was very happy that I made the appointment on-line along with all the paperwork. It was WONDERFUL to not have to fill out those papers while digging for med card & drivers license that never comes out. In addition there was a choice on the app to put in all the usual information not just for this visit but for any future visits. You take pic of front/back of insurance card and drivers license. The waiting area was very clean and not crowded at all. The DR. who saw me was very personable and professional. She provided easy suggestions on how to manage my illness and checked to see which medication would work for me AND my insurance. I love this place! Now I'll never have to go to that other Urgent care in Laveen. It was like a small circus over there and not very friendly or attentive physicians.Maybe it was a one-off.

They do a great job at this center to try to get you in, even as a walk-in, which is especially appreciated when you’re not feeling well. The FNP, Page Thomas, and the technician who did my test (I didn’t catch her name) had great bedside manners and Page answered all my questions without making me feel rushed.

Everything about this urgent care was top notch. Walked in at 4 yesterday, with ear congestion, not an emergency situation, they explained the wait time and option to book an appointment the following day,so I chose 9am following day. Got there early this morning, they took Me in exam room took care of me, they were kind and knew what they were doing. Would definitely recommend this facility for care.
