This will be my new spot to come to for any ailments. I drive all the way from Benson so that says alot cause this location and staff are worth the trip. Only "complaint" I have would be to offer rapid Covid testing for people like myself who are in management (or are just employed) but can't afford to miss any days "waiting for results" especially when they're probably gonna come back negative 🤞lol.

I was in and out of NextCare in under 30 minutes. Front desk person was polite, friendly and accommodating in every way. Nurse or PA was friendly, clear in directions and efficient. My daughter was taken to urgent care for covid and strep throat testing she lives in Ca and is visiting family so my sister had to take her in and we didn’t know if they would allow that being that I’m (mom) in Ca. From the moment I spoke to Brittany who answered the phone the whole process went seamless from what I could gather from not being able to be there. My phlebotomist was great! Friendly, professional and even when she said , “big pinch here”, I barely felt anything! I need to do all my bloodwork at the Compunet in Miami Valley South!

I was able to get in without any issues. The NP was helpful and friendly but provided misinformation regarding the CDC. The CDC does not provide prescriptions for Covid medication (Paxlovid). As per the CDC, the provider is supposed to provide a prescription for the medication and the medication is not provided for free from the government as the provider indicated. False information is being provided by your office. The CDC is negating paying for paxlovid and is requiring you provide your insurance information in order to have your prescription filled.

I showed up 1 hr before my child's scheduled appt and they saw him early which I completely appreciate. The front staff and MA were very nice. The doctor that attended to my child was horrible. She was so rude. Didn't even greet me as she walked in, never said her name until I asked. I work in medical customer service and would never act the way she did. She made me feel like a bad mom for the infection that my child had and that it was my fault. Her exact works were, "how could you let this get like this". I didn't appreciate that and gave it right back to her. Towards the end of the appt. I feel like she tried to redeem herself and I was already over her at that point. I just wanted my child's prescription so I could get the hell outta there. I've been there plenty of times between the 4 kids I have and she has been the rudest thus far. Her name was Dr. Danielle.

Front desk staff and MAs were great. The Doctor was not interested in helping. He asked maybe two questions and did not give any recommendations that were helpful. The visit was unfortunately a waste of my time and money.
