I was a walk-in at 9 o’clock on Sunday morning and was the third one called back, which was great. Filling out the forms was relatively easy. Not pages and pages of history needed.  The staff was very friendly and helpful and the medical assistant who gave me my two shots was fantastic. He made it so I hardly felt it.  My time there was well spent.  Now, just ready to feel better.

Excellent customer service and medical care. I had no problems checking in. Did not have to wait long after I filled out forms. The physician was very thorough and helpful in checking out my problem. He referred me to a dermatologist for further treatment. It’s reassuring to have this family care office in my neighborhood. I would wholeheartedly recommend this provider to others. Thank You!

About Hepatitis test

Who should get tested for hepatitis?

Anyone who is at risk of contracting hepatitis should consider getting tested. This includes those who have been exposed to the virus through unprotected sex, shared needles, or contaminated blood. Additionally, individuals who have traveled to areas with high rates of hepatitis, or those with chronic liver disease, should also consider testing. It's important to remember that hepatitis can be asymptomatic, meaning you could have the virus without showing any symptoms. Therefore, regular testing is recommended for those at risk.

Importance of getting tested

Getting tested for hepatitis is crucial for several reasons. Firstly, early detection can lead to more effective treatment, reducing the risk of severe liver damage and other complications. Secondly, knowing your status can help prevent the spread of the virus to others. Lastly, it can provide peace of mind and allow for informed decisions about your health. According to the CDC, many people with hepatitis are unaware they have it, which underscores the importance of regular testing.
