Excellent experience at this location. All off the staff were very friendly and masked. My doctor's visit was detailed and was very thoughtful. I left with a clear understanding of my treatment and next steps to take. I'm very grateful for their kindness. The online check in is a great feature and very easy to use. I hope not to be back soon, but very happy they're close by when needed.

Wait time was really frustrating. There was only 1 doctor working- and this was the weekend at an urgent care. I had booked a slot online, but still had to wait almost 2 hours. All we needed was an xray... also, in the rooms, you can hear what's going on in the rooms next to you, so something needs to be done to ensure better privacy.

Went in for a cough and sore throat, everyone was very nice and helpful. My only issue is the xray machine would not boot up, which was not the staffs issue that was an equipment issue. I would recommend Physicians Care to anyone

I came in one day without an appoint and waited two hours as a walk-in before I had to leave without being tested. I made an appointment through Quest Lab Testing for the next day, showed up on time, got tested easily and was on my way in 15-20 minutes. Staff is friendly and helpful.

I was able to choose a Quest lab location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.

points 22 minutes ago Sun Coast is the best place to go. Staff is professional and courteous. I see a lot of patients complaining about the wait time but you have to understand that since Covid hit they are understaffed and get no lunch breaks. They are doing the best they can under the circumstances. The wait may be long but once you are called you get the best care possible. I highly recommend Sun Coast.

I scheduled an online visit for my teenage daughter with complete ease. From the moment we walked into the waiting room and then to the treatment room and again at our exit we were greeted by the kindest and professional staff. They were wonderful to us and very concerned about caring for my daughter and getting her what she needed. Our provider was especially kind and in depth with her medical care. Each time a staff member left the treatment room my daughter said, “They are so nice mom.” I was very satisfied with the care and felt great about what the provider diagnosed and recommended for treatment. Also the clinic was super clean! Stacy Dennis

Dr Parsa & his team of angels are a God send for hard working people on a budget or uninsured, in my case both. I had a horrible painful rash of blisters pop up out of nowhere, St Vincent emergency room sent me away with a $330 bill & a misdiagnosis of poison oak. I suffered all nt as the blisters spread, next morning I find Quick Care. Dr Parsa diagnosed me with shingles, fixed me up with some homeopathic gel & prescriptions to calm the blisters. Within a few hrs I noticed a difference. I spent 1/3 of the money charged by emergency rm,was treated with dignity & compassion & most importantly properly diagnosed. They actually care about the community & are there to help heal & comfort you not overcharge & shove you out the door. Quick Cares entire team is outstanding! They have a patient for life!

Recent Lab Tests Reviews (20)

This was my first time being tested for covid so i was very nervous. The nurse that tested me was very sweet and kind and explained everything before she did it.

- Verified patient on 9/2

The experience was great. I am just unclear on why people are being charged for COVID testing if the test is required because of exposure and the person is exhibiting symptoms. This could deter people from being tested and COVID is still an issue. I acknowledge that there could be valid reasons for this that I do not know and it is definitely not the fault of the location that I visited.

- Verified patient on 7/15

I used this location for a COVID-19 screening test and they were very courteous and helpful.

- Verified patient on 10/21

I brought my grandson to be tested for COVID-19 since his mother tested positive four days earlier. This was our first visit so the “new patient” paperwork—completed on-line in our car—took quite a while and after submitting the information there was a wait of about 20 more minutes before it was our turn to see the doctor. The test administration was excellent and we received the results in just 20 minutes or so. Overall an excellent experience for our first visit.

- Verified patient on 8/7

I only got a drive through Covid test but tester was very friendly and efficient.

- Verified patient on 10/30

Scheduled an appointment for 8:40am and it told me to arrive at 8:25am and check in so I did. I went inside and informed them I was there and they didn’t take me back until around 9:15am and other walk-ins were taken back before me so I was a little frustrated with that but the staffs friendliness made up for the long wait time. I was scared to get a Covid test because I still thought they went up into your brain with it and Heather was super nice and informed me that all they had to do was go in my nostrils and my anxiety went way down. She was kind and courteous and very efficient so I was stoked about that. Definitely the nicest nurse I’ve ever had. Dr Jill Howard was incredible and just as efficient and kind. Any other issues I have I will definitely be going to those guys! The fact that you can schedule an appointment via an app and then check in that way is another huge bonus and another reason why I would choose them over other businesses.

Very nice the young lady who did my test was so nice explain to me what she's going to do very friendly

- Verified patient on 10/1

Super fast, super easy, and super friendly! The lady that administered my Covid tests was so incredibly sweet and I appreciated her kindness so much!

- Verified patient on 9/3

Entire visit including waiting room took less than 25 min. They performed 4 tests at one time to help diagnose symptoms. Flue, strep, rapid and PCR covid 19 test. Very professional, clean, thorough with checking my child out. Highly recommend.

- Verified patient on 1/14

I was surprised that COVID testing of a symptomatic patient wasn’t administered in the parking lot.

Covid testing was smooth and easy!

We have been here about a handful of times and each time their service is superb. They‘re friendly, explain issues and treatments so everyone (incl. my six-year-old) understands them and the wait time is not long. Our appointment was at 2:10. They texted us to come in from the parking lot at 2:05 and we were seen within about 5 minutes. Today, my little one did not want to get swabbed for testing (mouth and nose). Understandably so cause let‘s face it, who likes for someone to seemingly poke your brain through your nose… Anyway, the workers did not threaten or get frustrated (or at least not that I could tell ☺️). She gave us a moment alone and then came back with help and introduced her as a super helper or something. I can just say „wow!“ I was impressed and grateful I didn‘t have to deal with it by myself. They got the swab. It was a success! Thanks for being helpful, friendly and prompt. I would definitely visit them again.

Very convenient place to obtain a COVID-19 test for travel. Fortunately rapid tests are permitted where we’re traveling. The process was so efficient at this location!

After reading a few reviews online, I was a little nervous but everyone was incredibly friendly and easy to work with! I know for a fact this is a very busy time for them (literally the highest COVID numbers ever) and I was blown away by how nice everyone was. I am an adult that just needed a Covid test and from my phone call to ask how to do it, to the front desk staff, to the staff in the back, they were all amazing. The nurse that did my swab noticed my nose was bleeding (of no fault of hers! It was the cold dry weather) and she was so sweet to make sure I was ok.

- Verified patient on 1/5

This was my first time. You all were so fast and very nice every step of the way! The nurse who gave me a test was truly the nicest person!! And, she was this nice to me at the end of her day at closing time! Thank you very much!! Appreciated greatly!

We were both sick on New Year’s Day. Lots of sick people, and no one wants to go to the ER. My sore throat was bad enough for me to worry about strep. Our regular urgent care facility was closed without any announcement. We stopped at two other facilities and saw long lines and hopeless faces. When I walked into your facility, it was crowded, as was the parking lot. Nevada, the receptionist, was friendly and unperturbed. She told us we could fill out papers in our car. When I asked about the wait, she said 3 hours, but somehow I believed your facility was worth the wait. We went home close by, checked in twice, and then Nevada told us to come in. We were in the lobby a short while, sat in the exam room a while, met a nice nurse, got tested for strep, met Cindy the Nurse Practitioner, got happy results, and went home. Keep up the good work. Do whatever you need to do to keep such cheerful staff on a holiday!

Hannah, CRNP was great and the MA was very nice also. The front desk clerk (Jasmine?) could use some communication skills. Walked in at 5:15pm, four people waiting in front of me. I was told that I couldn’t get a covid test because it was too late (almost insinuated that I leave) … wasn’t there for a covid test, just wanted to be seen. They closed at 8pm. At least two people were turned down to be seen after me… not sure why if they didn’t close until 8. As an affiliate employee of HH, I was confused by what was going on and why people were being turned away at such an early time. Maybe there was more behind the scenes that I didn’t see, I sure hope so.

What a great experience we had getting our Covid test through drive thru service. Carly was not only fast but she was very efficient, knowledgeable, very sweet, and very gentle. Could not have had a better experience!

- Verified patient on 1/2

Good experience, but I was told I would get my rapid test results in 15-20 minutes and it’s been almost two hours with no word

Lab tests can be used to diagnose an illness, detect changes in an existing condition, and monitor how your body responds to a therapy, among other things. Some lab tests require no preparation at all, while others may require you to fast for eight to twelve hours before the test in order to avoid erroneous results from certain meals and beverages. Your healthcare provider may advise you to cease smoking, exercising, and taking certain medications and nutritional supplements for many hours or days before your blood test.

The majority of lab tests are completed in a matter of minutes, but certain providers may have extensive wait times that require you to spend up to an hour in the lab. To limit the amount of time you spend waiting for your lab test, schedule an appointment with Solv ahead of time.

  • Should I try at-home lab testing?

Privacy, convenience, and accuracy are all advantages of at-home lab testing. Some at-home lab testing services, however, may not be covered by your health insurance plan. Some healthcare practitioners may seek additional lab tests to corroborate their diagnosis of specific health concerns. Consult your doctor to see if at-home lab testing is appropriate for you, given your unique health situation.Privacy, convenience, and accuracy are all advantages of at-home lab testing.
