I provide him with the details and he did a rapid Covid test which I asked for to be certain it wasn’t anything else besides the virus. He gave me steroid shot and other meds to help get me on the road to recovery and provide comfort during the process. They were fast. I was done in 1 hour. Stagf was very friendly as well.

We made an appointment the night before for Covid testing- due to exposure and some Minor symptoms in my two year old. Everyone was efficient and friendly. They made my child feel at ease. Abernathy was amazing and kind. There wasn’t a thing I would complain about.

Went in for a Covid test - the staff from check- in to the PA who saw me were all very professional. Did not take self pay so had to use the Care Act and a PCR test instead of a Rapid. Nonetheless a good visit

As a walk-in, I waited an exceptable amount of time. All of my questions we answered and I was out of there in just a few minutes.

Getting a covid test wasn't as bad as I thought she was very thorough and answered all my questions and was very pleasant let's just pray for a negative result.

Went to the clinic for a work physical. There was minimal wait time, and the medical staff was great!!!

Quick, safe and clean. Went to covid testing was the only person there. Staff in masks, gloves, gowns and face shield.

The doctor was very nice and answered any questions I had. I’ve been to a few urgent cares and this one by far as the nicest doctors. I have visited this urgent care twice now and each time it was a different doctor but both very nice.

I loved the doctor but I had asked for a rapid Covid test and they didn’t approve witch is very upsetting because I’m living I. Shelter were people have been getting Covid left and right for my peace of mind they coulda given it to me

Went in for a sinus infection. Went to get a steroid shot, PA after 3 min decided I didn’t need a shot.. I left!! I am 72 yrs old and I know my body much better than your PA. I have been going to this Urgent Care for many years, however I won’t be back and I will not recommend to anyone! Quality of service has greatly dropped

Personnel were professional and courteous except for the person who actually did my COVID testing. She was rude, arrogant, and curt. She acted irritated about something, and was not personable in the least. She asked which test I wanted but offered NO information regarding the 2 types. I’m a health care worker as well, and attitude should be checked at the door. It is the one thing that sticks out and people remember when you don’t make them feel comfortable and welcome. It reflects poorly on the clinic.

i waited almost an hour for my covid test to be done. i missed their call for my results & called back 3 times with a voicemail & still have not heard back & it’s hours later.
