Wait time only gets four stars because of the large number of Covid related testing and flu season. That four star rating is only for today’s experience and is what would be the case at any location in mid December ***. HOWEVER, this is a great location and Ms. Zuck andAshley and Paula are really great! So is the other lady, whose name I have forgotten and who is married to the male nurse. This branch and the services it provides to our community at our end of Stafford County, VA is a huge positive. Never had a bad experience in all these years. I recommend this location all of the time. It is perfect for the many needs that we have, such as shots, sports physicals, even Covid testing. So, thank you for having located the office off of White Oak road! Good quality all of the way around. Thank you for serving our community.

Deanne Zuck, FNP was absolutely wonderful from start to finish! She was attentive, courtesy, thorough, and did not make me feel like she was rushed. As a pediatric nurse, I can relate to the long hours and short staff issues that's been exacerbated by Covid. And yet, she made sure I not only received timely, accurate, and thorough medical care, she did it with the same compassion and sympathy that made me want to get into the healthcare field 28 years ago! Thank you so much!

I came in because I was coughing continuously. They swiftly ran tests to find out that I had pneumonia. They were all so nice and caring and when my sugar level was down one of the nurses even gave me a bottle of juice that she had in the refrigerator for her lunch. That kind of quality care was shown by everyone that was taking care of me. It was a wonderful visit, even though I was sick. Their compassion made me smile all the way home.

Front desk ladies are excellent and friendly. Jesus who did the test etc was outstanding !!! Well done everyone

Overall good. Staff was nice. Left a little long to wait after test without knowing how long it would be roughly, but doc was good. Took way too long for my discharge paperwork to come out, like 10 min waited and then I left without it.

Went in for a work related physical and drug screen, I was in and out very quickly. Very professional and efficient

From the moment I walked in the receptionist put me at ease and got me checked in very quickly. The x-ray technician / nurse was so comforting and awsome. Dr. Hubbard was awesome , his bedside manner was the best I have ever seen in a physician! I just wish that he had his own practice! He would definitely be mine and my family's primary carePhysician!! I was shown great care, was in and out in a very timely fashion ! In fact my visit was faster than any other urgent care I've ever gone to ! I just found my new Urgent Care Center if I ever need them again! I recommend Next Care on Plank road to any one who may need to visit a urgent care facility!

Came for COVID test due to exposure. Everyone was super sweet and kind during this most stressful situation. (And I was negative!!🎉🎉)

Had Rapid Covid test done here. Staff was friendly and professional. Very impressed with the doctor, Dr. Amin, who talked with me after the negative test results. Booked my appointment online. Doctor’s bedside manner was excellent! Yes, I would recommend this clinic. Staff are personable, doctor answered all my questions.

The provider and staff are friendly. The rooms are clean. It’s was a good experience for my little son getting a Covid-19 testing.

The support staff, medical staff, and NP were all excellent, especially the NP. I work in the medical field and it's not often I'm truly impressed, but all of these ladies were wonderful, service was seamless, and both the diagnosis and treatment were on point. Urgent Care may be hit or miss depending on where you choose to go, but I was very glad I ended up taking my daughter here. Thanks, NextCare on Route 17.😁
