The PA, nurse and office staff were super sweet and friendly after a horrible holiday season with wait times at 5hours. We were very thankful for the waitlist virtual app that allowed me to keep both kids at home in bed while waiting as opposed to waiting in a wait room with other sick people. I will be using Prima Care again in the future!

Because of Covid testing wait time was extremely long & couldn’t scheduled appointment on line cause system was not working properly!!!

Absolutely LOVE PRIMACARE! The wait was barely anything! Crystal up front was amazing with my kids and they loved her! The nurse Elizabeth was amazing as well very sweet mannered! She helped me and my daughter today! Dr Verma was super! We were in and out! Thank you Primacare!

This is our family's favorite place to get urgent care. The facility is spotless and every person on staff is beyond friendly. I made an appt the night before and thankfully got in right at my appt time. No waiting!

I’ve brought my kids here several times when their regular physician is not available. We’ve always received great care and staff is always friendly. Wait time is reasonable with and without appointments.

Was in and out in less than an hour. Quick strep test and meds sent to my local pharmacy

I had to do a walk-in since all appointment slots had been taken up by the surge of COVID testing. I pretty much had to wait the entire day until I could be seen. I could check where I was in line virtual with the Solv app. I was able to wait at home and they text me when there were only a few patients ahead of me. The staff were courteous and pleasant to deal with. They even helped me figure out my insurance issue. The PA and nurse who attended me were great and explained what was going on with me and what steps to take in order eliviate the prognosis.

Appointment/ Check in online convenient and easy. Used took Medicare and TRICARE for Life insurance.!This is my third visit to this particular Prime Care clinic. The staff from receptionist to provider very friendly and professional. I was thankful provider asked permission for COVID test and I agreed since I did have some of the symptoms. Test negative! I do have a regular doctor but closed on Saturday. This facility is ten minutes from my home. I will keep coming here due to proximity! Wait time was reasonable. Thank you for easing my mind of diagnosis.😇

The process for obtaining a COVID test was organized and professional. We were kept apprised of our place in the queue and it all went very smoothly.

I was extremely impressed with my doctor. He was knowledgeable and very gentle. He gets the most stars out of everything and everyone. Kiddos to Dr. Cary Fitzgerald.
