This was my first visit to this urgent care facility! I did not wait more than 10 minutes after I completed my paperwork. The staff throughout the facility is courteous, friendly & knowledgeable! I Will definitely visit them again next time I need care!

COVID-19 testing

My husband and I went to get tested for COVID-19. We are not tech savvy so it took a while to register on our phones. The wait time in the lobby was a hour and a half, maybe longer and we were by the patient door, not isolated. We completed the registration on paper as instructed by the website and then were told it had to be on our phones. Staff were all very pleasant and professional, putting us at ease. This was my first time testing and I had heard horror stories, but the test was not invasive or painful at all. The results were quick. They accepted our insurance so that was a relief in this potentially stressful situation.

Took a covid test...everything was explained n was treated very nice

I went to urgent care because I had a headache, low grade fever, cough, congestion, stopped up ear, mild stomach cramps and was diagnosed with colitis. I’m no doctor but that is not colitis.
